The living space opens onto a south-facing corner terrace, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped and features an additional dining area for four, providing a convivial space for meal preparation and dining.
The sleeping area includes:
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a private en-suite shower room, ensuring privacy and comfort
- A second bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children or friends
- An additional bathroom and a separate toilet complete the layout

From Nice Airport: About 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.
From Cannes Train Station: About 10 minutes by car or a 25-minute walk.
