A nice small apartment to stay couple days at Orlando very good service at the bar very good cocktails and very friendly the front desk if you need help

Was super easy to find with the property owner’s instructions, loved the pool with pool side bar, right by all the Disney/Universal Parks and lots of other fun things to do in the area.

Nice Stay

We didn't get the original place we booked but we were absolutely upgraded to a beautiful bigger place. Communication was good. I would absolutely rent thru Steve again Amburr

Birthday Party Visit

My stay was "awesome"! My only complaint was the water doesn't get hot enough to enjoy a shower and the thermostat isn't easy to operate . I really look forward to using this property again really soon.

Good location. Clean. Perfect for what my wife and I wanted to do in Orlando.

Communication was great. Easy. My wife and I wanted a place we here we could walk to universal so we wouldn’t have to rent a car. It took us about a half hour to do this. Pool on the property was nice. Just what we needed.

Florida Cheer Stay

Short stay for all star worlds. Location was outdated and jacuzzi tub a little dirty. But owner reached out for checkin and follow up. Overall decent experience.

Perfect Location

My original booking due to some house cleaning issues was unavailable but the property manager quickly accommodated us by putting us in a property next door which was an upgrade from our original property. The location was perfect, close to shopping, theme parks, and restaurants. The beds were okay - not horrible but not super comfortable either. I work as well as travel so it was disappointing that I had to pay for WiFi or use my mobile hotspot. All in all, I would stay here again if I was in the area.

No communication whatsoever.

Booked this place 2 months in advance, had to wait 24 hours to get approval. Didn’t get the approval until 23 hours later. No big deal on that end. Got the message from “Steve” saying that I would get check in details two days prior to check in, and then a phone call from his manager one day prior. Neither of those happened. I spoke with Jake a month prior to arriving, and asked if an early check in at noon would be possible. He told me it wouldn’t be a big deal. Now fast forward to the day we get to Florida. Still haven’t received check in details, I reached out to “Steve” the night before, got a message back saying sorry for the inconvenience, and that he will send them first thing in the morning. The morning comes, no check in details. We get to Florida, I text “Steve” no response. So I decided to wait until after noon (12pm) to call him. No answer. We had the address to the property, went there and they couldn’t do anything because it was booked through VRBO. I finally got ahold of a Jake. Explained what was going on and he told me that “Steve” was out of town and that this wasn’t his problem. He told me a Mike would call me shortly. Mike never called. It’s now after 3pm, still no communication from anyone, and we were 23 hours away from home. I called Jake back and got Mikes number, and he said that first house keeping wasn’t done with the room, then pushed me into a “free upgrade” I asked why, and then he said there was a maintenance issue with our room. So he said I’ll put you at a different resort, which we didn’t want but it was nice. Still to this day have never talked to “Steve” I’m glad it all worked out, but be aware that there will be little to no communication when booking this property.

Disappointing/Unpleasant “stay”

i booked this property because i wanted to be closer to a specific location as well as stay in the same property as some of my friends i was traveling with, at the last minute possible when i landed in Orlando i was moved to a different location significantly further resulting in more expenses on uber and inconveniences throughout the weekend. I had difficulty reaching the host as I tried to locate my hotel. I wasn’t advised or updated ahead of time that I’d be changed to a different property which gave me no choice but to stay here. The hot water in the shower and tub did not work a few times during my stay and overall was not the property i wanted to stay in.
