We loved everything about our stay! The location is perfect because the beach is more private and is only a quick bike ride to the pier and restaurants. The house was very clean and comfortable.

The property was in a great location and the view was beautiful. Check in and check out was very easy. The cleanliness of the unit was not the best. There was make up and hair on the vanity, areas of mold on the bed skirt, and the rug when we first walked in the unit did not look like it was vacuumed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was wonderful. Had some tv and internet issues but we overlooked that. We didn't miss it because the weather was great.

A perfect couples getaway on Folly.

We loved the our time. The view is perfect and parking is easy. The house was clean. If you are a young couple looking for a getaway this is the perfect place.

Quiet place on the beach

Small beach front condo. Very quiet and comfortable for 2 people. The only complaint would be that there was only one thin blanket on the bed. Loved the location and the view. Will stay again.

FEB 2025 VISIT

Well stocked , clean, comfortable beach cottage . Location right on the beach is perfect ! Bathroom needs some serious updates and there appears to be floor rot at the entry door that is covered up with tape . We had a difficult time locking and unlocking the door.

Nice little get away

This is a nice little apartment with great views and beach access. The property management company was great…we had issues with internet/cable services and took 2 days to get it going. Bathroom not suitable for larger folks. Unit needs some repairs and updates.

Perfect size for a couple - cute little place - bedroom was great and living rm/kitchen combo was adequate for our needs - we didn't cook just made coffee and snacks; bathroom was small but expected that from pics, beautiful ocean views and sunrise from deck and easy access to beach and quick drive to restaurants - would rent again

great beach view and access

Overall an attractive and comfortable top floor one bedroom with a small studio size kitchen area with a little stove/oven. A second unit is on the lower level.A variety of outdoor seating on the deck and hammock below with outdoor shower.The kitchen and bathroom could use some updating. No dishwasher or laundry appliances are available. The photos do not show all of the bathroom and were not entirely accurate.Parking and private beach access are wonderful. The air conditioning is great and adjustable for each of the two rooms.

Convinient beachfront rental

We loved the location of this property, right at the end of the road so alot of privacy and a nice quiet section of the beach. House is a little outdated, but not bad for a two night stay where you’re mainly spending your days outside on the beach. Bed was comfortable, had everything you might need, a super short walk to the beach, and a dedicated parking spot which was much appreciated on Memorial Day weekend. Too far from the main strip to walk, but we road our bikes into town each night and for lunch a few times.

Great location, but that’s about it.

Several small things made this stay relatively unenjoyable. First, the toilet is clearly made for a child. Both my friend and I had trouble even using it due to its tiny size and height. Also, there’s no fan in the bathroom. The bathroom mirror is also not placed in front of the sink, which is weird and inconvenient. There is rust all over the freezer door and the shower head. The place badly needs basic updating. The location. Is fantastic and right on the beach.
