We are on the east side of downtown TC near The Little Fleet and some of the best restaurants, coffee and beaches. Come be our guests and enjoy our beautiful area!

Great stay

Wonderful location….walkable to downtown and waterfront. Perfect for 2 couples ! Lots of appliances in the kitchen , nice towels and sheets, comfortable beds.

Perfect for our family of four

Our family of four stayed here for three nights over the weekend, as we were passing through en route to our vacation. It was conveniently located, we walked to the lake front beach, to nearby restaurants and shops, and enjoyed all that Traverse City has to offer. The Little Fleet was nearby amd great for those of us wanting variety in our food choices.

We had such a fun girls trip in Traverse City and this condo was the absolute perfect location to everything. The space was clean, inviting and had all amenities you could want. John and Kelly were super responsive and sent a bunch of recommendations which were greatly appreciated being our first time. We had the best time and will absolutely be back! Thanks John and Kelly!!

Great Location for a family

The condo was exactly as described. A quick walk to both the beach and front street. Update and clean. The kids toys combined with a playground across the street made it ideal for a family set up. The hosts were very responsive and provided recommendations as requested. Absolutely would stay again.

Family weekend

The condo was amazing. So clean and within walking distance to downtown TC. The unit exceeded our expectations and if we ever return to TC, this will be the place we choose to stay. The owners were accessible and had some great recommendations on local establishments for us to check out.

Golf Vacation Stop Over

My wife and I stayed at John and Kelly's condo for two nights during a 10 day golf trip. We were looking for a break from hotels stays. What a great find for our trip. The condo was exactly as posted - also a great neighborhood walkable to downtown. John and Kelly were great hosts, fast and great communication. They also provided excellent dining recommendations. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. Thank you John and Kelly for a memorable experience!!

Great Hosts, Condo and Location

This was our first family visit to Traverse City, and it was wonderful! The condo was very clean, well-equipped, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating. They provided great suggestions about the area and were always available to answer any questions we had. The proximity to downtown and the beaches was perfect, and we loved being able to walk different routes to explore the town. We will definitely book again with John and Kelly if/when we return to TC.

Great Girls Weekend Getaway

We had a girls weekend of shopping, eating and wine tasting. Communication with the host was great. They offered different suggestions of great places to eat. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Check-in was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home base for exploring TC and peninsulas.

The property was outstanding. It had everything we needed with additional special touches. Even more impressive was the warm welcome and communication from the host—just the right amount and great info! Very highly recommend!!!

Five star location

This condo is located withing walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. The layout of the condo is perfect for two couples or, in my case, my husband and I along with our adult daughter. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and another half bath is downstairs. The kitchen is well appointed...even though we chose to eat out rather than cook! You will not be disappointed staying here and I will recommend it to others visiting the area!

Great Condo w/in Walking Distance to downtown

We rented this condo for a long wknd (2 couples). Love the proximity to downtown, and having (2) bedrooms both w/ ensuite bathrooms. Great hosts - super responsive to any questions. Would definitely recommend and return!

We're two Traverse City locals that love to travel and explore. We've been all over the country and chose to reside in Traverse City. We are new parents, have dogs and chickens! The TC area has everything we love to do; hiking, biking, running, kiteboarding, skiing and biking and food! The local food scene in town and areas around is not to be missed. We are always able to give local suggestions on adventuring or dining. Hosting guests brings great joy to us as we have the ability to help make your stay wonderful.

This property is located within a short walk of Traverse City on the east side of town. It is close to many of our favorite restaurants and just a short walk away from the water. It's located on the second and third floor of the condo unit which ensures no one is stomping above you. There are Grand Traverse Bay views from the double balconies, which is a beautiful sight for drinking coffee and catching a sunrise.

This particular condo complex is moments away from West Grand Traverse Bay, Down Town and an enjoyable little park. The food scene in Traverse City is not to be outdone by the excellent shopping, antiquing, hiking and adult beverages. We're near some great coffee shops and steps away from the Tart Trail that spans from the east side of Traverse City ( Bunker Hill) all the way to Suttons Bay. Rent a bike from a local shop and enjoy all the beauty and wineries along the ride.
