Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located condo. This two bedroom and two bath unit has everything that you need to have a great stay in Traverse City! Located near the TART trail and only two miles to downtown, where you can enjoy everything that this great city has to offer!

The Space:
Built in 2018, this newly updated condo features stainless steel appliances, open concept living, spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms in each. Washer and dryer in unit and additional community space located on the fourth floor.

Please park in any available spots in the parking lot.

Building was located in a nice area. The property was clean and very well kept. Had everything we needed for stay. Very clean and nice. Had no issues while we were there. Communication with host was great. Beds were even comfy! We were there for a quick weekend get away and it was a great first VRBO experience!

Perfect stay for our quick trip to traverse city

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for our 4 person family. Convenient location, close to downtown. We also enjoyed the bike trail which is the parking lot of the property. My only wish was that there were curtains in the bedrooms, and not just blinds.

Our experience was good. The beds were comfortable and loved the two bathrooms. The kitchen had basic cookware. It would have been nice to have another comfortable chair to relax in, only loveseat available. Things were clean.

Adorable Condo was such a good find!

The price was right for us with this cute, two bedroom to stay with our little one and parents! Beds were comfy with bathrooms accessible from each bedroom, and large closets perfect for spreading suitcases open. It had everything we needed and checkout was a breeze! My only wish was there an elevator in the building for easier accessibility.

Golf Weekend

Stayed 3 nights with friend for a golf tournament at local course. Property was quite, clean and exactly as advertised. Communications with Riley were excellent.

Wonderful Location

We were here for my son’s wedding! Great place to come back and relax! Comfortable beds, great kitchen with all the supplies, and sitting area to each TV. The location was close enough to walk to town and far enough to enjoy the quietness of the area! Love it! Clean! Comfortable! Convenient!

Perfect location for biking

This condo is in the perfect location if you want to bike, run or use the TART in any way! The unit we stayed in was very very clean, had a great layout and was bright and inviting. Comfy beds, lots of nice extras as well. Great parking too. It's very close to so many things we love in TC. The only downside was the elevator was not working for a couple of days of our trip and when you are on the 4th floor, that is a challenge.

I have never had such an effortless check-in and check-out process before; the best service I have ever received from a VRBO property. The icing on the cake was not having to scramble in the morning to "get everything done." Highly recommend it for small family or friends' getaway.

The facility meet my family needs. Experienced a low battery in one smoke detector the evening of arrival. Property management had the weak battery replaced the next morning.

Perfect stay!

Safe complex with indoor condo access. Spotless, and the host thought of everything—shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, dishwasher tabs, and washing machine pods all included. Lots of extra linens and towels. Quiet and felt very safe. We hope to come back again!!

Great Place for a Great Place (TC!)

This property was absolutely perfect for our friends wedding. It comfortably fit me and my finance and our two friends. So nice that each bedroom had an attached bathroom! We loved the place, and loved TC!
