The Space:
The modern, open floor plan and funky interior design is the perfect spot to host your family or friends in Traverse City, MI. Cook a wholesome meal in the fully-equipped kitchen or relax on the plush couch in the attached living room while watching television.

The stylish main bedroom holds a comfortable king size bed with a flat-screen TV, walk-in closet and has an ensuite bathroom! The charming guest bedroom holds a king size bed, closet, and a flat-screen.There is a drip coffee maker in the kitchen and we do provide a couple of single serve coffee bags to start your stay on the right foot.


NOTE: Our Smart TVs feature streaming capabilities ONLY with a subscription to HuluLive. You will also have access to your own streaming service accounts while on property. (Sorry, no cable TV.)

Other perks of this suite include a convenient washer and dryer, full bathtub and shower in the guest bathroom.

**Each unit has one dedicated parking spot in our lot.**

**If you are staying for more than 14 days we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean. The charge will be separate from the cleaning fee and we will send the request through the airbnb resolutions center after the mid-stay clean.**

I cooked every morning! The kitchen was great. Great location for downtown, Leelanuee Peninsula. We went to the Sand dunes. Easy to get to Boone’s on Long Lake restaurant.Riley answered right away. Great experience and time.

We stayed here for a wine tasting day on Leelanau Peninsula. Great location, clean and surrounded by close bars, shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and we did not hear any loud noise from the hall or surrounding places. It also had very easy parking. The only partial negative thing I can think of, is the bed pillows were quite hard. I would recommend bringing a pillow.

Wonderful place - clean, spacious and in a great neighborhood (Slabtown Burgers across the street is dynamite). Host was very responsive on all our needs. Really great place, highly recommended.

Clean and well kept— property seemed basically brand new. Well appointed and great location! Mattresses seemed kind of cheap and the pillows were these weird inflatable things— I have never seen pillows this puffy. Despite those very minor nitpicks we all slept like a dream.

This is a beautiful property located in a convenient and safe neighborhood. Two fun and tasty restaurants are located across the street.

Nice overall experience!

We enjoyed much about our stay! The location was convenient to everything. The unit was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed. The check in and check out procedures were easy and effortless! The management was very good about communication, especially regarding safety issues! The elevator had a small issue while we were there, and was out of commission for a short time . The only suggestion we could make, would be to upgrade the mattresses and bed pillows. However, that is just preference. But otherwise, everything was very nice.

Downtown condo

Excellent. Very nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Would have given every part of this review a five star rating but I (personally) had a problem with the elevator. ( couple of the signs made me extremely nervous). Location very desirable. Walk to everything

Girls weekend

Perfect spot for our girls weekend home base. Zero compliants! The condo was clean, modern, newer and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

A get away with my adult daughters

It was so nice to enjoy a nice, clean and well located condo for our “Girls Get Away” this weekend. Although the kitchen was well equipped we chose to eat out in the wonderful restaurants that Traverse City has to offer. It was so nice to relax in the 2 bedroom condo rather than a typical hotel room.

weekend in the fall

We loved the property. It was clean and neat. Seemed new. Communication with the property manager was great. Got a few emails ahead of time, and he was quick to respond to any questions. We wished that the rooms had fans. It didn't seem like the first bedroom was getting any air from the air/heating system. We also wished that you could close the curtains in the living room. It seemed like they needed another panel or two. Location was awesome and building was great. would stay there again!

A great place to stay. Real close to downtown and the place was very quiet and nicely appointed. Would definitely recommend and stay there when we come back

Find Someplace Else to Stay

It started with check-in. We arrived at 4:10 and were told it would be another 40 mins. It was my husbands 75th b’day, we had my 94 yr old mother with us & we had a 5:30 dinner reservation. No place to clean up or change after traveling all day. By 5:00 we asked to be let in to change. We left for dinner and cleaner were still there. The excuse was the previous guests trashed it. Only 1 cleaner. She rushed. Toilets were semi clean, hair in drawers in bathroom. Next, this place is NOISY. A delivery truck for restaurant across the street showed up at 4:30, loudly dumping boxes on the street. Ambulances & traffic noise all night. Other guests down the hall bought ear plugs for same reason. I would NEVER stay here again. Management was not easy to reach & never called when I requested it for late check in issue. They never told us the unit was not cleaned. Sent messages later but acted like we should just be patient. UNACCEPTABLE !!
