Needs Improvement
Rating Details:
The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
We were greeted by the overwhelming smell of rotting garbage upon entering the property. The trash cans were empty, and we could not identify the source but the smell lingered. We ended up purchasing and using an entire can of febreeze to make it tolerable. The location and the view were great, but as others mentioned the lack of any real furniture on the balcony was a huge disappointment. The main bed was uncomfortable but tolerable and the furniture overall was dirty and somewhat tired. The kitchen was well-stocked. The Keurig was a huge plus but the refrigerator also had a smell and the doors were rusted. We received a parking/tow warning on our vehicle despite the parking tag CLEARLY visible on the dash/windshield. Communication from the management company was poor, initial message went unanswered and not being able to contact anyone "after hours" when problems would arise was a huge downside. The unit has great potential but due to the aforementioned issues we will not be staying here again.
