You'll feel right at home in this lovely 2 bedroom villa in Hilton Head Beach Club. Located just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, Coligny Plaza, shops, dining and the New Lowcountry Celebration Park, you'll find plenty of activities to please the entire family!

The main floor is where you can enjoy family time preparing meals and snacks in the fully-equipped kitchen, gathered in the living area for movie or game nights, and seated around the dining table for your indoor dining pleasure. A balcony off the primary bedroom provides a comfy space for enjoying the outdoors. There are also courtyards for relaxing with cocktails or sweet tea.

Whether you have come to Hilton Head Island to relax at the beach or fill each day with adventure, you will enjoy coming back to your comfortable villa at day's end. Sit outside and stargaze, enjoy a midnight snack, and rest well in the king bed in the primary bedroom upstairs, or in the queen and a set of twin bunkbeds found in bedroom two. Drift off to sleep to dream of the day's activities and wake refreshed and ready to greet the new day. You're sure to make memories to last a lifetime here. Book now!

Parking Note: There is one designated parking space right in front of the villa's front door (28 is painted on the pavement in the space) - And several first come, first served guest parking spaces. There is a 2-vehicle limit at Hilton Head Beach Club. 2 parking passes will be inside your villa upon arrival and must be displayed on your dashboard of your car at all times. Please leave the parking passes in the villa upon departure. The regime will charge $25 for any pass that is not returned inside the villa.

Clean and well located

We had a great stay at this unit in HHI. It is in a good location and a short 0.5 miles or so walk to the beach and about the same to Coligny Plaza shopping. The unit is clean and well decorated with plenty of chairs and towels for the beach. Kitchen is well appointed for cooking in and the grill is clean and well kept.

Nice family place

This condo came with everything that we needed for the week. Plenty of towels, beach towels, a beach wagon and chairs, everything for the kitchen including paper towels, soap, dish detergent, tissues, laundry pods , all the pots/pans/tupperware/toaster/ keurig etc. The pool was just outside of the back patio which was nice but it closed early at 8pm. The beach was a 10-12 min walk away. There was a great playground just a short walk away as well. The only cons to this place was that the upstairs was rather warm at night and the couch in the living room was not comfy for lounging on/watching movies

Good location/ good property / good amenities

Stayed for 5 nights during June. Beach wagon and chairs were awesome to have at our disposal. Keyless entry made checkin very easy. Host supplied kitchen essentials were great to have for lunches inside. Pool was decent size and used by many families in the evening.

Great location, family fun!

We loved our time here! The space was great for our family of 4. The pool is just outside in the back which made it really easy for us to swim and come back in for snacks or bathroom breaks. The beach is a close walk, and the wagon, chairs, and beach toys at the house made our beach visit so fun! We rented bikes and rode to Coligny Plaza every evening for ice cream or Italian ice. Celebration Park is about a one minute walk across the street, and my kids wanted to play there almost every day too.

Great vacation with the family

We loved our stay at 28 Hilton Head Beach Club! The house fit our family of 6 perfectly. The home’s furnishing and decor was great and looks even better than the pictures. The beds/pillows/linens were very comfortable. We loved the location and proximity to the park and the Coligny beach shops. Host2coast made us feel welcome with a nice note and gift. It was great that beach towels, and beach chairs were provided, and we loved having sufficient bathroom towels for the family. In addition, the house came with kitchen essentials like paper towels, new dish sponge and soap. Really it was a perfect stay with regards to the house, location, amenities, and service.

The property was clean and in a wonderful location...close to the beach, shops and park. The property manager was accessible to answer questions. The upstairs bedrooms were a little warm at night. Overall, great place for our family!

Good place for family of 5

I found the rental was equipped with enough supplies for us for a 5 day stay. The walk to the beach was not bad even with 3 kids 6 and under. We lugged 5 beach chairs and sand toys in the wagon (all found at the rental) to the beach every day. There was enough space for us for this short stay. We walked to the ship playground one day. It was very close by and fun for the kids. If I had to absolutely knit pick something, I would say I wish the bedsheets were more cotton and less polyestery but I could live with it for a few days. Thank you for the experience.

Happy with our stay.

Great location within walking distance of beach and restaurants. Easy to get ahold of property management. Only complaint would be dirty floors that need a good cleaning as well as some walls. Otherwise overall cleanliness was good. Upstairs tended to be pretty warm even though thermostat was set to 68 degrees. Would definitely stay here again.

Mostly great.

Having stayed in several locations in Hilton Head we rate South Forest Beach as our favourite. The condo was exactly as pictured. It was a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach which was fine for us. We made great use of the beach chairs and wagon. One recommendation would be to open the pool once the weather gets warmer in March. It does not have to be heated as northern tourists are quite used to cooler water. The downstairs screen door needs to be fixed as well. All in all we had a fantastic stay.

Awesome trip!

This was our second time to HHI and we truly enjoyed ourselves and this property was exactly what we were looking for. Centrally located with a short walk to the beach. The pool was right outside our patio and a great place to wind down after a long day. The communication with the property manager when needed was convenient and seamless. A great place to stay!! Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay! Couldn’t recommend this enough! Really and truly loved it. Exactly as depicted. Easy check in and out process. Great location. Will absolutely be coming back!Only things I’ll say about this particular unit: 1) The hosts left only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and we had booked an entire week’s stay, but no problem we went out and purchased our own.2) The propane on the grill needed to be replaced as the tank was empty on our arrival and after the attendant came and replaced it, the grill quite literally went up in flames upon being lit as it likely had never been cleaned. We grabbed the fire extinguisher but it didn’t work as it had expired in 2019. Probably one of the worst grease fires I’ve ever seen on a grill, but luckily we were able to put it out on our own. Had we really needed the fire extinguisher, it would have been a different story. Before you ask- yes I did clean it myself before lighting it, but the excess drip down into the grates was probably too thick. Glad I still have both eyebrows!3) There are two long rusty screws sticking out of the back sliding glass door near the handle. Watch where you grab or update your tetanus shot.

Very nice condo and GREAT location!

This condo was nicely updated and perfect for our family of five. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5-10 min walk to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!

A little slice of paradise

We loved our stay in our outstanding condo and would return again. It was immaculate, well-furnished, perfectly located near everything-the beach, bike rentals, horse back riding, shops, food, a private pool. Really everything you could need and want! The beds were great, bathrooms superclean and more than enough towels and supplies. The only problem we had is that we were sent the wrong address which made it hard on to check-in. Funny that the entry code still worked. Good thing those people were out! Called and was told that couldn't be possible-yet.... Got the right place and got to check out late which really helped. Thanks for the beautiful stay!
