Ocean Walk 404 is a beautifully decorated 4th floor updated unit located 1 block from the beach. This unit offers the largest floor plan of the 2 bedroom units in this complex. Ocean Walk has elevator access to upper floors. This condo will sleep 6 people comfortably. The Master has a King bed and the Guest Bedroom has a two Queen beds. There are also twin bunk beds in one of the 2 living areas. There are 3 Flat Screen TV's along with free WiFi. The Kitchen is updated, fully equipped and has everything you would need for cooking. In addition the condo is equipped with a washer & dryer inside the condo. Ocean Walk is only steps from the beach (5 Minute Walk) and just a 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza which offers numerous shops, restaurants & more. You are also just 10 minutes from the New Low Country Celebration Park. For larger groups - please inquire about Ocean Walk 306 (2BR/2 Bath) and Ocean Walk 513 (2BR/2BA) or any of our other listings nearby in the South Forest Beach Area.

The condo was as advertised. I had a couple of concerns as we found a couple of pills in the condo. One on the sofa and one on the balcony. There was a random cream cheese packet between the refrigerator and counter and what looked like egg yolk on the bottom of the pantry/laundry area. Otherwise, well stocked and comfortable.

Labor Day Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this condo. This is our second time renting it. Everything was clean and well kept. Plenty of beach equipment in the condo as well. Just a short walk to the beach as well. We will stay here again.

Overall stay was pretty good, the unit had all things for the beach which i really appreciated i.e chairs, umbrella. The inside was nice, couldve been cleaned better but it was okay. There were plenty blankets and pillows for my crew. The location in general was decent the walkways were sketchy i was nervous at first lol, and the inside pool/hot tub was under construction at the time but i was not told that before arrival, i think that wouldve been nice to know. The elevator in the front was out of comission but there was still one that worked for the stay duration. The office is easy to reach and to work with. Overall we would come again it was nice.

Wonderful Unit for family- blast for the cousins!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This spacious unit was wonderful! Nice kitchen, enough room for cooking and plenty of space to eat at the large island/bar with barstools and large kitchen table. Lots of plates and utensils for large family gathering. We used the large stock pots, the Keurig, & the pancake griddle. 2 living spaces were great for those who wanted to sneak off and nap or get away while extroverts hung out. Publix right nearby for several grocery runs. We really appreciated the extra boogie boards (good ones), beach cart and extra chairs in addition to our rental equipment. Extra games, videos & books too. 2 thermostats allowed us to regulate the temp in hot early August. The master bedroom mattress is a little soft. Great pressure and nice MBA shower. Easy walk to the very nice beach. Parking was great. The property was clean, & the outdoor pool was very nice. Quiet but not too quiet. Love the trash shoot! When the indoor pool and hot tub are completed that will be nice. We had no problems. Went to Hilton Head ice cream (awesome btw), attended Mass at St. Francis by the Sea (great), ate the very best Cajun food at Kenny B's (oh my gosh so good), and a wonderful seafood dinner at The Black Marlin Bayside Grill. Also Bennett from Beach Photos Hilton Head was great with our older kids. I can't wait to see the photos. And CPT Hook Fishing Party Boat- we had a fun time fishing though didn't love the bait they used, maybe not the best hooks, gently used equipment, seemed to drive very slow to conserve fuel. I suspect this would be better if the boat was full. However the woman who was on the boat helping us was superb and super friendly, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The owners of this apartment have done an absolutely amazing job with stocking and decorating this apartment! The kitchen has everything you can think of and more! The beach gear was an amazing plus! Job well done owners!!!! We would return here!The company overseeing the space and listing needs to be more honest. List the size of the miniature bunk beds instead of listing twin bikini beds. They are miniature. The shower in master bedroom is missing half its door. The inside pool and jacuzzi were under construction with no mention of this with beautiful pictures of the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Just be honest in the listing or at least when people ask to book the place. It is disappointing to walk into the construction mess and see that nasty pool that looked so good in the listing’s picture.Again, inside the owners did great! Well stocked, well decorated and clean! But let people know up front the bunks are miniature and the indoor pool and jacuzzi are under major renovation.

Great location

The condo was very clean, updated, and well decorated. We like to go to Coligny Plaza so the location was great and also very close to beach parking.

Great Place!

The weather was perfect and so was the condo. We loved the location. Close to the beach. Close to bike rentals. Close to Cologny. Lots or room. The bunks were very small. It fit our nine year old but do not plan on bigger kids sleeping there. But the room was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Mixed Review

I want to start by saying that we would be open to the possibility of staying at these villas (not this unit) again due to the location and amenities offered. The property management company called a week before our trip saying the pools were being renovated and could not be used if we stayed in our original unit. The woman was very nice and apologetic. We chose one of the two alternatives because we have three children under 4 years old and the pool was very important. The unit was clean but the previous occupants had stored fish in the fridge that smelled as if it had gone bad and permeated the whole place when we opened the fridge. We contacted the property manager that night as we checked in after hours, and they came the next day to try to change the filter. Long story short, we had to throw out food due to the smell and it smelled bad our entire 4 day stay but the management company did attempt to resolve the issue. I wish we had been offered another unit because I’m disappointed in the experience and losing money on food, but I’m assuming one wasn’t available that would accommodate our family. The overall unit was older and there were certain quirks such as outlets that didn’t work, but it worked fine for what we needed and we utilized the pool and the beach more because of the location which was a plus. I also did not like there wasn’t a deadbolt because the kids could easily open the door and it was a safety concern with littles, but everything else was just okay.

Great family rental!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is great with a quick walk to the beach. There is a beach path closer to the condo than the public access, be sure to check the welcome binder to see the map. The owners left beach chairs, umbrella and a cart for guest use which was so nice. This was a great place to stay with little kids since we could walk or bike to Lowcountry celebration park! It would be nice to provide a vacuum in the condo for guest use!

Perfect for families

We loved Ocean Walk. The price was reasonable and the space for our family of 5 was more than enough. We had wnough living space to spread out, two bathrooms updated, large kitchen will all the essentials. We loved having the beach a block away and the pool right downstairs. We had a couple minor issues which were resovled promptly by the property managers. Great vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second experience with Seashore Vacations and Ocean Walk condominiums. The building is kept up and is very convenient to Coligny. Good walking and bicycling areas. The beach access is not ideal but is possible. The beach is not our focus so easy access is not an issue. There are inside and outside pools. The grounds and interior are kept clean and are nice. Guests have key fobs to enter the building and pool areas and we felt secure. Seashore Vacations has a simple, but excellent procedure for after hour check in and departure. We will recommend them and use them again.

Great, relaxing stay!

We had a wonderful time during out visit. The property was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. There were plenty of books and games to enjoy as a family. The location was perfect for a short walk to the beach, and the indoor/outdoor pools, pickle ball and tennis courts we an extra bonus. Thank you for a terrific week!

Easy beach access and nicely appointed

My family and I were very pleased with the experience. Just a short walk to the beach and located in an area of the island that was not too congested. But was also an easy walk to the restaurants and grocery store. We look forward to visiting again soon.

The rental process was organized and very easy, from renting the condo, ordering the $250 free beach gear, to checking out. The condo was very relaxing and had more home good items than expected. Our daughter and her friend enjoyed feeling like they had their own living space and that your home had plenty of games. It was decorated beautiful, was extremely comfortable and convenient. The maintenance crew at the building was amazing and very friendly! When we walked past them, they always had a smile and friendly "Hello" but then continued to work.

HHI VACATION 2023

Everything was nicely decorated and clean. The bed in the Master is horrible. Mattress needs to be replaced. It has a lump in the middle so you feel like you are sleeping on the side of a hill. My back hurt the entire time I was there. When I got home I was prepared to call the doctor but it went away. Thank Goodness.

great layout, had all kitchen stuff you could need. Beach cart, chairs, umbrellas! Nice walk or bike ride to beach access. 2nd time staying in this building-different unit, we love it for the indoor pool and terrific family-size layout of condo.

10 minute walk to the beach

The property is very nice. Spacious 2 bedroom with 2 en-suite bathrooms. The bonus room is very nice. The sofa in the living room wasn't the most comfortable, but what you would expext for a sofa-bed. The kitchen had everything you need and the air conditioning was very efficient. The beds were comfortable, but softer than I prefer. The agent at Sea Shore Vacations sent us to the wrong condo complex. Thank goodness she gave us the correct key fobs, parking passes and code to enter the condo. We figured everything out, but Sea Shore needs an emergency number to call when the office is closed. She called the next day and left a confusing voice mail. She said
