Excellent house for our group! The view from the deck was fantastic and proximity to the beach was easily walkable. The house was well stocked and the layout was both spacious and functional. Would gladly stay at this property again.

Beautiful property; very clean and well-appointed throughout. The view of the ocean is minimal, but just a quick walk to the beach. While this property sleeps 8, there are only two very small single bathrooms.
Spacious dining area and deck.

Great family beach getaway

Close to the beach and downtown Manzanita. Nice big shared living area upstairs with big picture windows. Overall a pleasant stay.

Beautiful home but not wheelchair accessible

We enjoyed our stay here and the location. Biggest caveat is that although there is a ramp to the porch which was very useful, this home is not wheelchair accessible. There was no ramp from the deck into the doorway of the home, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor but the doorways were too narrow for the wheelchair, the bathroom on the main floor did not have any sort of stability bars or a shower/tub that was accessible. Overall I would absolutely visit again just not with my father who is wheelchair bound.

Beautiful property, nicely decorated and the house has a great layout. Kitchen has all that you need and baths have plenty of towels and toiletries. We will be back next year

Wonderful Spot - Clean and Clear Directions

Everything was clearly communicated and all elements of the house were as advertised. The proximity to the beach was incredible. Kids loved the foosball table. Everything worked, everything was easy, and communication with the owner was great. We had six kids and five adults. The place easily accommodated everyone’s needs.

Boathouse is a first class vacation property. We all (10) had a great time in a well-appointed property. One possible negative comment: the b-b-q could use an overhaul or replacement...

great group house in Manzanita!

We loved the house...great location, comfortable for our family group of 10, nice open floor plan, supplies were well-stocked, and the kids loved the fooseball table and other games. Joana was very quick to reply to all communications and was very helpful. We would stay here again. Thanks!

The reunion that didn’t quite happen ☹️

My daughter’s family got caught up in the Microsoft debacle and we’re not able to get out of Maryland. But the Seattle crew made it and had a wonderful time. As chief cook and bottle washer, I was thrilled with the amenities in the kitchen. What a delight! The young adults went fishing, surfing and plain just hanging out. Can’t wait to go back.

Perfect getaway for our family!

We loved our stay at the Boathouse! The warm water hose is extremely useful, the house was clean and comfortable, and the layout was perfect for our two families to enjoy! We had ample space to spend time together, while having some separation for privacy (upstairs, downstairs). The deck is fully enclosed, which was a great safety feature for our young toddlers. The house is in the perfect location, with a short walk to the beach or to town. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

Our family and small dog had a wonderful stay at The Boathouse! The owner has taken great care ensuring the home has everything a guest could possibly need. The kitchen is fully stocked which comes in handy in Manzanita where many restaurants are closed at the beginning of the week. Loved all of the extra details.

One of the best!

I’ve stayed at a lot of beach houses over the years-this was one of my favorites. Beautiful, comfortable, well stocked, and a short walk to the beach. Lots of light, open floor plan, but the lower left allowed for folks to have enough place. The foosball table was a hit for everyone. We had a really wonderful time!
