If you're seeking a beachfront escape with breathtaking ocean views and all the comforts of home, look no further! Our lower floor, oceanfront Condo offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable coastal retreat.
Note: Please be aware that there are 2 sets of stairs (40 steps) leading to the entrance, which may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues.

Wonderful, spacious property, with perfect views! Upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, and lovely decor. The two decks were fantastic to just sit and visit and enjoy the ocean views. They provided all the basics for our stay and some extra touches as well. This property made for a perfect home-base to explore the Oregon Coast. Great communication from the management company, too.

I am not sure there is a better location in Manzanita. We loved the access to the beach and town. Views were amazing. The house is very clean and well stocked. We will likely be back! Thank you for a great holiday.

The views are beautiful! Right across the street from the ocean with two decks and large windows from living/dining room onto the view. Great beach access and walkable to town. Beds could be better - bunk beds not really suitable

Beautiful view

This home has a beautiful, full view of the ocean and easy access to the beach for going for a walk. My family of five enjoyed the lovely home, especially the large deck for a barbecue. Be aware there are many stairs to climb to get up to the home from the street.

Sara we are so glad you enjoyed this beautiful home and its close proximity to the beach. It is definitely not for people with mobility issues due to its many stairs. The one benefit is you will get your step count in on your vacation if you have no mobility issues. :)

Lovely Weekend in Manzanita

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sunset to Sunset staff are friendly and responsive. My experiences working with them have always been positive. The house is comfortable and welcoming. It is well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed, including bedding, towels, kitchen appliances and dinnerware, cookware, cooking utensils. The kitchen is modern with a large capacity refrigerator, modern dishwasher and stove and modern sink/faucet. We were expecting a fireplace, but the replacement had been delayed and was not yet installed. We were notified in advance with sincere apologies and received a partial refund.(We expected a not so pleasant looking plywood cover but found a not so bad looking cover). The view is beautiful, the deck is comfortable and there was a brank new gas grill. The house is smaller than we expected, given the photographs and the bathrooms are small but the 5 of us were able to make do. We love Manzanita, the charming and well stocked grocery store and the restaurants and shops. It's a small town with a lot to experience. Our house was within walking distance to town and we love that! I recommend this house for a small group. It is beautifully decorated; obviously with much care taken to be sure that it is comfortable.
