Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located villa. Close to everything in old historic downtown Kanab and right the in the "Hub of the Parks". Each day can bring new adventures. When you come back however you will feel the comforts of home with all the little extras that make it feel like a special retreat at the same time.

Although this listing is new I am not new at providing my guests with exceptional accommodations. Your comfort and experience is very important to me.

Wonderful stay!

This is a great location for visiting Zion and Bryce. The unit was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed and also meticulously cleaned! We enjoyed the board games and hot tub at the end of a long day. Would highly recommend!

Amazing Property

This rental is incredible. It is fully stocked, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub too.The property manager was very responsive when we realized we hadn't received the codes to enter the property.

Stay in Knab

We had an amazing stay in Knab, Cherie was very helpful, I would highly recommend staying here for your stay. The location was great for us to visit both surrounding national parks, it’s a wonderful place to explore. We enjoyed the town and the place! Super clean, the owner was super thoughtful with what is available for use at the house.

Great Location, with access to everything! Amenities were perfect. Hot tub was the best! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for 4 nights.

Perfect location for our Southern Utah hiking vacation. Perfect backyard to hang out in the evenings after a long day of hiking. Owner was very responsive. We’d definitely book again.

Girls trip

We loved this property! We girls trip a few times a year and have stayed in plenty of “not as advertised” places. This place was not that! It was so well equipped and the pantry had all the little things you would need for cooking. There was plenty of room to spread out and the beds were comfy. We also loved the simple backyard space. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful place with perfect access

The layout of this house was perfect for us. We also loved the couch (all 6 of us could sit on it comfortably), the design, and of course, the hot tub. Kanab was also the perfect location for us to visit Bryce, the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, the Toadstool Hoodoos, go canyoneering in the slot canyons near Mount Carmel Junction, and visit Zion. The owner was also responsive the one time we needed to reach out.

Quite and clean

This condo was extremely quite and yet close to so much. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed having the hot tub right out our back door also. Although I did not cook while there the kitchen appeared to be nicely equipped for any meal you would want to prepare.

Beautiful house

The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. There were plenty of towels, blankets, pillows etc. it was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with everything we would need. The location was perfect. The owners communicated quickly. We will definitely stay again during our family trips to Kanab.

Base camp at its finest

Our family of 4 (me, spouse and 2 boys age 20,22) stayed here as our base camp for visiting the surrounding parks etc. This condo was perfect. It had the space we needed as a family of 4 adults. Very clean with every necessity thought of and more. Kitchen fully equipped. Large hot tub was a definite bonus after a day of hiking. Location right in the quaint town of Kanab. Charie was quick to answer any questions I had. I researched many places before picking this one and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Just book it already!

This was a wonderful stay for our family of 4. A great home base to explore Zion, Bryce and all Kanab has to offer. The condo was clean, well appointed, and easily the most “stocked” of any rental we’ve ever stayed in, and we are so appreciative of the simple things like salt and pepper! Beds were remarkably comfortable after a long day and the hot tub was fantastic to ease our sore and tired muscles after a long day of hiking. Communication with Cherie was wonderful, even when it sounded like she was also traveling. We could not have asked for a better first National Park experience. If you’re on the fence, just book it already!

One Stop on a 12 day road trip

We stayed at Boho Villa for 3 nights in early June. The townhome was just as described, very clean, spacious and updated. We had 2 couples and the townhome accommodations were perfect. We ate our breakfasts and dinners in the townhome. The kitchen is very roomy and offered many supplies that were useful for preparing our meals. Although we brought many supplies with us also. In the evenings, we hooked our cameras/laptops to the large TV, made ourselves comfortable on the large sectional sofa, with blankets wrapped around us and viewed our hundreds of photos from the day (our version of 'dinner and a movie'). A/C in this place works really well! We love birding! This townhouse offered us an amazing, totally unexpected opportunity for viewing some beautiful birds right from the back patio. What a treat! Our afternoon plans were derailed one day because we couldn't leave the patio! It was super nice to have an attached garage for our vehicle also, so convenient. We locked ourselves out of the condo one day (totally our fault b/c we were rushing out the door that morning). The owner was very responsive to get us back in quickly. We spent one day at Zion, and another day hiking Lickwash Trail / Johnson Canyon road. I loved the Kanab area, and only wish we had more time to explore it further. The informational brochures, pamphlets provided in the townhome were super helpful also. Thank you for such an awesome experience! Next stop for us was Moab, UT.

Beautiful condo

Our group of 6 (three couples) enjoyed our stay at this new condo. It was very clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. We loved the hot tub especially after a day of hiking. The large garage accommodated both of the cars we drove to Kanab. The beds were too soft for our group. Easy check in and out.

Amazing condo in Kanab

This condo exceeded our expectations! It’s location in Kanab is perfect for visiting National Parks and remote BLM areas. The condo is spacious, well decorated and organized. The cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen and pantry is well stocked. We loved the hot tub and fire pit in the evenings after hiking all day. Charie was a great host. She reached out to me and offered suggestions before our trip. We also found the condo welcome book very helpful. Communication with Charie was excellent during our stay. Whenever we had a question, she responded promptly. I would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Stay

It was a wonderful experience staying at the house. My family and my sister in laws family enjoyed the house. The house is new, clean, and spacious for a group of 6. The kitchen is packed with enough utensils and the pantry is filled with all basic needs for a stay. All the beds were comfortable and clean. The kids enjoyed the TV in the main bedroom. The backyard is well-maintained. A hot tub, grill, and dining table are a plus in the backyard. The house is new and very new to gas stations, grocery stores, and gas stations. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will stay again next time when we are in the area. Thank you.

Our home away from home

Our family vacation was a huge success and this condo was a big factor in it. We felt so comfortable here. We really appreciate how quickly the owner communicated with us. She gave us so many great ideas of things to do prior to the trip and that really helped. The condo felt just like home to us. We really enjoyed the backyard. The hottub and bag game were our favorites. We cooked a few meals in the kitchen and it was very well stocked. If you're debating about this condo, DON'T. Just book it! 😀

Wonderful new spacious condo!

This place is the bomb! Newer, super clean, very well furnished and equipped. Really enjoyed having the hot tub to relax in, unit is super nice and communication with owner was great. Only suggestion is that the spa should have a gazebo for more privacy.

Kanab Weekend

Charie’s place is a well put together as it looks in the pictures. She’s thought of everything when it comes to a fully stocked kitchen. My niece loved reading in the hammock chair.
