This stunning holiday villa enjoys an enviable location found within walking distance of the beach. Linda Vista Baja is a perfect alternative for families because it is ideally located between the beach and the center of San Pedro de Alcántara, and it is only a ten-minute drive from a fantastic choice of five golf courses. In less than 5 minutes, you can reach Puerto Banus. This fantastic vacation home has something for everyone in the family!
A CHIC & MODERN VILLA WITH LEISURE SERVICES
The property has a trendy, contemporary design that exudes class and style! Each room has been independently and tastefully designed. There are high-quality appliances throughout, as well as a magnificent private swimming pool with sunbathing area. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room are conveniently located close to the private pool area, perfect for when you want to enjoy poolside snacks and refreshments. A double fridge is available in the kitchen, which is ideal if you are a large group of visitors.
A generous staircase leads to the basement from the main level. The basement floor hosts a chic cinema room with a projector screen and a sofa area where you can relax and enjoy movie marathons with loved ones. Additionally, a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, as well as two guest bedrooms with separate individual beds and air conditioning are found here.
Going upstairs to the third floor, the remaining three bedrooms lie, all with double beds and air conditioning. The magnificent master suite is carpeted throughout and boasts an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a free-standing bath. All bedrooms are spacious, with modern bathrooms.
