Other amenities include Wi-Fi, outdoor shower, new propane grill and outdoor patio, ocean views and incredible sunsets. Comfortably sleeps 10 and parking available for 4 cars. Gorgeous escape to the Cape

The home was perfect. Exceptionally clean, spacious kitchen, great outdoor grill, SO relaxing with incredible proximity to such an amazing beach a short walk away. The owners went out of their way to accommodate!! We will return every summer! Truly grateful we found your home.

Very nice, very clean house with many helpful amenities, including in the kitchen. Bedrooms shades are very light so expect to have a ton of sun early in the morning.

Great Family Spot

My family and I were looking for the perfect vacation in Cape Cod and we found it at the Beach Club! The location is just as nice as the home. Our group included my kids and both sets of grandparents and we had plenty of space to enjoy. I would recommend to anyone!

Amazing vacation!

We had a wonderful time! The home was clean, spacious, and so close to the beach! The owners were also responsive and kind. It was a peaceful neighborhood and walking distance to the main part of town. I would recommend this home for a nice and peaceful Cape Cod getaway.

Great House for a Family Vacation

The house is beautiful and very clean. It was perfect for our family of 9. Our only disappointment was that the 2 small propane grills in the backyard were not usable. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful stay in Barnstable

Our extended family had a great stay in this beautiful home. The rooms were setup perfectly for the older family members and teens to be able to each have their own spaces. We enjoyed meals on the deck and the close access to the beach at the end of the road. This was our first time in the area and the location was perfect to walk to Barnstable village for coffee in the mornings and a short drive to Hyannis for restaurants and shopping. The homeowners thought of everything - from bikes and games to kitchen tools. It felt like a home away from home and perfect for a family getaway.

We had a wonderful week in Cape Cod at the Beach House!

Perfect location, the house was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we could want! It felt like home. Great space for our family with kids (18-early 20’s) and the first floor master bedroom/bath were perfect for the grandparents. The beach at the end of the street was so picturesque and peaceful, so much more than we expected. Short walk to the marina and close to Barnstable village town. Thank you to the owners, first class accommodations!

Beautiful well-appointed house

We loved our stay at the beach house! Great location walking distance from the beach (the beach is narrow and at high tide the beach disappears underwater), restaurants and the marina. The owners were incredibly accommodating about letting us check in early. Kitchen is very well stocked and the layout was great for our 2 families. Note there is only 1 full bathroom upstairs, it worked fine for us as our kids showered in our master downstairs. Lots of toys/chairs/etc for the beach including kayaks! Beds were very comfy and overall we had a great time!

Perfect weekend!

The house was perfect for our weekend group trip of 11 women. The sleeping arrangements were exactly as advertised and clean. Plenty of spaces in the house for everyone to spread out and not feel cramped. The kitchen was super well stocked. The beach is just steps down the way and was gorgeous. Having the marina restaurants a quick walk away was also so convenient. There was an issue with trash pickup the week we were there but the hosts were communicative. Check-in and checkout were smooth as well, and the hosts were so generous to let us in early and let us check out a bit later as they didn’t have another reservation booked that day. Thanks so much!

The perfect beach house!

Beautiful and very new beach house. Very comfortable with plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The second floor deck is really nice for an afternoon escape from the first floor activities. Steps to the beach and an easy walk to town. The house was spotless on arrival and very well appointed. The extra ice maker in the closet is a plus! Thanks for an easy and wonderful stay! Hope to be back soon!

Great Location, Beautiful Home

The house was clean, updated and had everything we needed. They had things you didn’t even know you needed, like a yeti cooler on big wheels and an air compressor to blow up floats. They also had two grills which both worked great. Very quick 2 minute walk to the beach on a quiet dead end road. Beach was perfect for little kids. Short 5 minute walk to Barnstable Harbor which has a restaurant/bar and an outdoor seafood shack.

Beautiful home

We loved the location, the home and the amenities available for a great week at the beach. I would say five stars all around except for one small issue. I have dog allergy, and evidence on deck cushions sunroom pillows and throws indicates a long haired dog is well loved . I have allergies and should have asked ahead if owners had dogs. Just a suggestion for future rentals. We could tell how much the owner Wanted us to feel at home. They succeeded in thinking of every need and provided a stress free and welcoming place to relax with family.
