The first level includes a bedroom and a shared bathroom. Head upstairs to access the main house where you'll find an open concept living area with plenty of room for everyone in your group. Whether you want to whip up a few elegant meals or some simple movie night snacks, the well-equipped kitchen will make it a breeze. Serve your guests at the dining table with seating for six or savor an al-fresco dining experience out on the furnished deck in the salty bay air. The kids will love taking their quick afternoon lunches at the breakfast bar before a fun day along the lapping shoreline. Dolphins, fishing, relaxation, and breathtaking sunsets await you, so be sure to get a good night's sleep in one of the four well-appointed bedrooms! Don't forget to post some of your favorite memories to your social media via the home's free WiFi.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
