This house is perfect for a family vacation. This property is great for fishing, birding, enjoying sunsets or just unwinding while enjoying the views. This bayfront home has a private 300' lighted fishing pier on Port Bay in Rockport. The pier includes a kayak launch, boat dock, fish cleaning table, and fishing lights. The 3 bedrooms (and 3.5 baths) can comfortably accommodate 8 adults and up to 10 people. This home is located in a quiet island subdivision on a large country lot. It is 15 minutes from downtown Rockport. (HEB, Walmart, movie theater, Rockport beach, local shops and local restaurants.) It is clean and is beautifully decorated. This home is the perfect spot for family trips, fishing trips, or a weekend away. Enjoy the views from the balcony in the 5 Adirondack chairs or from the water in one of the 3 kayaks. Eat inside in the dining area that includes a table for 8 and 3 counter stools on the island or outside on the large picnic table. Inside the living room there are 2 full sized couches. Each of the 3 rooms and the living room have a smart television with YouTubeTV. There is also a washer and dryer located in the utility room.

This place was very clean had enough towels for everyone. The house was very spacious and very comfortable. The lighted pier was a hit with everyone especially with kids they each caught one or two fish which made their day. This was a vacation for for kids before school and they ate ready to return for more fun. Will book this place again.

Beautiful house and location! House had everything we needed and plenty of room. Would suggest bringing mattress toppers if you have teens or adults that will be sleeping on the fold out couches.

Awesome 4th of July visit

We absolutely loved our stay! We stayed here with our family and my brothers family and it was perfect. The house is beautiful and very clean and the location is quite. We loved the extra beach toys and boogie boards. The pier was awesome! The guys stayed out there from morning to night. Highly recommend this house!

Great place if you love to fish and listen to music outside.

Great property! We’ve stayed 3-4 times always catch fish and kids love it because they have a great outdoor space. If you love to fish and be outside this is the place. Everything is private. Kids can ride bikes, fish, run around in the big yard bring an inflatable pool for kids.

Great house and location

House was clean and set up with everything you need in the kitchen. Fishing pier was great for night fishing and location was great for paddling out on the kayaks. We brought our own kayaks and made good use of ramp on the pier for easy access to the water. Very quiet neighborhood. Would recommend.

Making Memories

Our family had an amazing time at home it was such a warm and welcoming environment. The hospitality made us feel right at ease, and the kids had an absolute blast running around and playing outside. They spent hours exploring, laughing, and enjoying the fresh air. One of the highlights was stargazing at night, where they marveled at the clear sky and twinkling stars. They also loved spending time at the fishing pier, watching the water, casting lines, and experiencing the peaceful beauty of nature. It was truly a memorable and enjoyable experience for all of us as this is our 2nd time staying here!

Family get together

The home is in great condition. The kitchen, dinning, and living room are large which makes it easy for everyone to move around easily. The kids loved being on the pier and they had a large yard to play.

Best Rental in Rockport!

This is our second year that a group of 10 guys come to fish and relax, and once again this house was amazing. Having your own private pier and a comfortable house is the perfect way to enjoy a fishing weekend. We look forward to coming back next year!

Perfect for us

My 6 adult children and a 3yr old and infant stayed here for our family reunion. It was perfect for our group. Lovely decor, beautiful home, quiet peaceful setting and terrific fishing off the dock. This is our groups third time to rent this house. We love everything about it.

Guys Fishing/Golf Trip

Another year staying at this location and it gets better each time. Great communication with Jordan every time. Fishing was great. Reds and Flounders were active Saturday night. Location is always clean and everything you need is available on site.

Long family weekend

10/10, A++, 5-star vacation getaway! The house is amazingly clean and arranged for larger groups. The host is very helpful and friendly. We had a great time playing in the large yard, fishing off the pier, and kayaking. The house had kayaks and life jackets—thank you so much to the host for making them available. Rockport is a great little town and it takes about 15 minutes to get to shopping. There are a lot of stores on hwy 35, and also boutique shopping in the arts district on Austin St.

This Bayfront home is one of my favorite places in the world. My family and I purchased it in 2020 and quickly fell in love. I love how remote it feels while still being within 10 minutes from downtown Rockport. Being on and next to the water is so relaxing and it is great fun to watch my 3 kids play in the bay or fish from the pier. Our family loves to bring our boat and keep it docked at the end of the pier. Going for a sunset drive around Port Bay is one of our favorite things. My husband loves to fish from the pier or wade fish in the bay. We never seem to get bored when we are out here.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I couldn't ask for a better location than being on an acre on Port Bay. The bird watching is great on balcony or in the surrounding neighborhood. The neighborhood and house are the perfect place for me to unwind and enjoy a quiet vacation. Also it is such a plus to be able to fish from the private pier. At sunset it is common to see dolphins swim by at the end of the pier. It is such a lovely place. We feel so refreshed when we leave.
