Perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay. Pam was very communicative and helpful and left a kind welcome treat and note. The pictures and description of the house were spot-on and the house was very well stocked. We cannot recommend the house enough and would love to return the next time we are in the area!

Stay Here!

This cottages was so great! Very clean, well appointed, comfortable furniture and bedding, lovely space! The location was perfect to walk to the General Store and Lobstermans Warf for food and necessaties. Mid point between Ocean Point and downtown Boothbay Harbor. We used the firepit in the back yard for smores and the amazing sunset and waterview. Will rent again!

Beautiful house in a Beautiful town

We loved our stay in East Boothbay!! It was the perfect distance away from all things in Mid Coast Maine. The house was as pictured and perfect for our family of 5!

Lovely stay

The property was truly lovely from the tastefully casual decor to the backyard outdoor space. The hosts have thought to include everything necessary for a wonderful stay. Just beware of the steep staircases & too fast street traffic.

Clean and updated house in great location

Great place! Everything was as expected. We have stayed in Boothbay a few times and this location is great, easy drive down to Ocean point and just as easy to drive into Boothbay Harbor. House was well equipped, even night lights in the bathrooms. Outdoor space and view of the pond is a great add! Pam was easily accessible and very responsive.

Lovely East Boothbay

Our stay at “On A Whim” was lovely. The home is so nicely decorated and very comfortable and cozy. We could not have been more pleased. It is well maintained and supplied with everything necessary. I highly recommend this rental which is close to Boothbay Harbor but also not too far from Wiscasset and Damariscotta.

This is a wonderful rental in Boothbay Harbor. The house is beautiful, great location, super clean and tons of space for families. We just love this house!

East Boothbay

Home & property were immaculate with nautical themed decor. Kitchen was well stocked. Outdoor space was perfect for grilling with large private backyard. We enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for our event. We also appreciated the pet friendly welcome with a Leah hanger & treats for our pup. Would definitely recommend.

On a Whim

We loved staying at this charming house beautifully renovated and decorated. There was everything we needed in the kitchen except for a cupboard to store the food we brought and bought at the Hannaford’s a five minute drive away. We loved walking to the East Boothbay General Store where we got the most delicious muffins for breakfast and coffee too! All the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great too. The view of the pond from outback was beautiful and we had some nice outdoor meals including making smores over the fire pit. The house is also only a five minute drive into Boothbay Harbor where we enjoyed some nice meals out.

Fantastic Maine Cottage

This was my first time using VRBO and Marsh Pond Cottage exceeded any and all expectations. The home was beautiful and well stocked with anything we could have needed. A full kitchen, access to laundry, games, and a thorough binder with local recommendations from our host. Pam was very communicative and easy to correspond with. The location is lovely too. Just a few minutes from downtown Boothbay Harbor, a grocery store, and steps from a local general store with coffee and pastries. We loved it and will be back should our travels lead us that way again. Thank you Pam!!

Maine Perfection!

We loved our stay at Marsh Pond. Pam was an absolute delight to work with. Her communication was clear and quick. She helped us book a private fishing charter that was fantastic. The local recommendations in the house binder were all spot on. The house was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. There backyard was very enjoyable and the fire pit and grill were awesome. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The laundry room was also a bonus. I would stay again without hesitation. Even though the house not right in Boothbay Harbor it’s a very short, manageable trip. The General Store and Kerr/Jones gallery on the same street were great! The neighborhood was very quiet.

Wonderful stay at Marsh Pond Cottage

The Marsh Pond Cottage was the perfect place for our family to gather. When we arrived we were greeted by a welcome package full of local treats and necessities! The house was equipped with everything we needed for our one week stay and there was plenty of space to eat and spend time together. We had a cookout in the backyard and even roasted marshmallows at the fire pit, all while looking out over the view of Marsh Pond. The house is conveniently located near the East Boothbay General Store and a short drive to the grocery store and other shops. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an idyllic location with plenty of space to spread out.

Great find in East Boothbay. Very clean and owner obviously put a lot of thought into making sure nothing was missing. Owner easy to reach and being so close to the East Boothbay General Store was a bonus! A five star vrbo experience for sure!

Beautiful, quiet location

House was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything a chef could ask for! Any questions or issues were answered promptly. Great trails and walks nearby and an easy drive to nearby towns and sites.

Wonderful Maine Getaway
