Clean, Comfy and Family Friendly Home (away from home)

Our beautiful 1500 square foot home is located in the warm and welcoming Clearbrook Estates and has tons of natural light. Easy walking distance to Settlers Park (at Meridian and Ustick). The home has an open airy floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, pantry, dining room table and eat at counter bar (2) comfy living room with big screen TV, DIRECTV and DVD player, and with 4 bedrooms (2 queen beds each with flat-screen TV and DIRECTV, and 2 twin beds each in their own room for kids) plus an office with south-facing window and printer. Laundry has new LG Washer & Dryer. The backyard is spacious and fenced for privacy with views of mature trees. Propane BBQ and outside dining under lit umbrella. Pack and Play, high chair and stroller available.

Centrally located in the Treasure Valley, you're 15 minutes or so to Boise, Nampa and Eagle. Enjoy countless nearby restaurants, the Village in Meridian, float the Boise River, hike the foothills, or walk or bike the Boise Greenbelt. Bogus Basin Ski Resort is not even an hour away and Eagle Island State Park is only 15 minutes away! Not to mention Albertsons is just 1 minute away to go groceries shopping.

Our home is a happy home and we welcome you.

We simply felt “at home” and “welcome” in this comfortable home. It is very well appointed and had everything that we forgot to bring, Like wax paper! Who supplies wax paper? Everything was fresh and clean. We will definitely rent again when we come to see our kids next time.

My friend and I stayed here on business. The place was perfect for what we needed. Kitchen was well organized and stocked. We would recommend it if you are staying in the area.

Friendly host with great communication (long holiday weekend stay for a family wedding), great space for 2 couples and 2 other adults, nearly all amenities provided, including linens/towels/paper products (pre-made/staged), use of the garage/opener, washer/dryer w/supplies, high-res TVs w/access to premium channels/streaming service/wifi and DVDs, propane grill/patio, well-stocked kitchen, pantry, and bathrooms. Plan to book again next time we head out west to visit family in Boise/Meridian.

Very nice place!

This house right in the middle of the city in a quiet neighborhood. It was easy to find and easy to venture back and forth as we were making our way between Boise, Eagle, and Meridian. The house was in great shape and felt like a nice home away from home.

Lovely home

The home is lovely, it’s more spacious than it looks in the photos, and it’s very conveniently located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There’s a great outdoor living space, too. The house was clean and well stocked, and the hosts were a pleasure to work with. We hope this one’s available next time we visit the Boise area.

Our stay was great while traveling for a baseball tournament. House was clean and very homey. Had everything you needed. Nice fenced backyard with patio and BBQ. Beds were comfortable. Good location close to parks, quiet neighborhood.

Great spot for family.

Close to all and clean. You can tell the owners really care for the people staying there. They have thought of everything. Extra propane tank, high chair etc. Will gladly stay there again.

Great house!

This house was awesome for me and my family to stay in. The house was accurately listed, very clean, and had a ton of small appliances etc in the kitchen that were nice to have. I would definitely return and recommend to anyone else.
