Diseño de 4 dormitorios divididos con 3 camas queen y 1 doble, chimenea, microondas, centro de lavandería LG, Frig w / icemaker, Bosch DW, Pequeño patio para perros, patio cercado, a 5 minutos del centro comercial más nuevo y premier de Idaho, 'The Village', con excelentes restaurantes, entretenimiento y tiendas, a 5 minutos del parque acuático Roaring Springs) 2 millas de tiro directo a la rampa de la autopista, diseño abovedado abierto con mucha luz. Ver visita virtual. Esquí excelente a solo 45 minutos en la zona de esquí de Bogus Basin. Ahorro de energía que hace que su estadía sea súper cómoda. Un termostato programable en la sala también para su comodidad. Esta casa de un solo nivel es ideal para aquellos que pueden tener problemas de rodilla o espalda. Esto está en un vecindario seguro y tranquilo de casas bien mantenidas. Está a 1/2 milla de Albertsons Grocery y McDonalds para viajes de comida rápida. In town for family wedding

Me and four guys from Work shared this house for over a week. It was perfect for our needs in the house comes reasonably stocked with toilet paper. Paper towels, kitchen utensils basically they got everything.

Comforts of home

We have stayed a couple of their homes and they never disappoint. Always clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you would need and then some. I would highly recommend staying at one their homes.

Valam House

This was the second time we stayed in one of Burchfield’s properties. This home was lovely. Beautifully staged. Clean, comfy and a great home away from home. Darrell was a joy to work with. We will be staying in one of their properties anytime we need to stay Meridian. Skip the hotels, people. This home is so much better

The home is lovely and the decor is inviting. After a little baby-proofing we felt it was safe for our 20 month old with good supervision. We wished for a toaster. (Maybe there was one but we couldn’t find it.) The reclining chairs in LR were very comfy. There’s a wall switch that needed to be on for operating one set. I hope they label that for the next renters. The house is more “aged” than it appears. For example, many outlets will not hold a plug, there are holes where a towel rack used to be in the master bath, and discolored carpeting at the entrance to the master bedroom. I was okay with that as I didn’t rent the Four Seasons. I thought the master bed was fine. My husband disagreed. My adult kids complained about the queen beds on either side of the hall bathroom. They said the mattresses were not good. My adult son in the room by the laundry room had no complaints. He said it was comfortable. The house was really cute, there was in garage parking, and it was in my price range! Overall, a nice place.

Just like home

The house was beautiful and clean. The space we all had was great. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of everything we needed. Very happy with our choice. Would definitely stay again!

Wedding weekend

We came into town for a family wedding. This was the perfect for our family to stay near our local family’s homes and the wedding venue. Comfortable beds, plenty of bedding and towels. Great place to stay!

Comfortable Home!

We were in Boise for several days for a wedding. The location of this house is great for getting anywhere in the area. We traveled north to River Birch Golf Course and East to Top Golf, the Zoo and Capitol building. The house is a little outdated, but I felt the low rental price reflects this. We enjoyed our stay and would rent here again.

Absolutely no issues. Nice 4-bedroom house in a nice neighborhood. Easy access to major cross street. Minutes from Walmart for all the items you forgot! Would happily stay here again.

Very clean property and friendly owners. Great location... I was here on business while my family spent the day at Roaring Springs. Everything we needed was within fifteen minutues of the house.

Excellent location just a few minutes away from where my parents live. I hope to stay here again. Super convenient! Check in and out were a breeze. We appreciated being able to park in the garage. You will find everything else provided for even if you need to bake, BBQ, wash dirty clothes, whatever, you will find what you need. You can get to almost anywhere in the Treasure Valley within 30 minutes. Snow skiing 45 minutes away with night skiing available, boating 45 minutes away, world class kayaking and rafting is only 30 minutes away. 5 minutes away from Idaho's newest and finest mall,"The Village", with Bellagio type water jets with music and great dining.
