This private garden condo is on the first floor of the south side of the building ...about 50 steps along the pathway leads to the gem of south Maui, Keawakapu Beach!

Keawakapu Beach, located on the south shore of Maui, Hawaii, is known for its stunning natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere. This picturesque beach is a favorite spot for locals and return visitors and features soft golden sand, clear waters, and lush greenery surrounding the area. It's a great spot for families to swim, snorkel, and sunbathe, and watch the sun set at the end of the day.

This fresh and bright garden view condo is equipped with comfortable furniture, high efficiency AC, travertine tile floors and an open floor plan. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and dining area as well as an outdoor table to enjoy meals with the sounds of Keawakapu Beach just a few steps away. Each bedroom has a king size bed, a high efficiency AC unit, and upgraded noise quieting windows. At this beachfront property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

Hale Hui Kai is a beloved location among first time visitors and repeat guests. There is a small shared oceanfront pool next to the common area covered lanai, which is equipped with comfortable lounge space for guests to enjoy when you need a break from the Maui sun.

Lovely condo! Amazing location!

Great place to melt into Maui. Fantastic condo with great features. Only thing is the floors were a bit dirty upon check-in. Everything else was near-perfect! Highly recommend!

Very nice unit and location.

This unit was clean, reasonably well stocked and in a good location. I love the area and have stayed there on previous occasions. The bus is handy and only costs a dollar for seniors. There were a couple of small problems that were quickly resolved. I would suggest better pillows on the beds!

The condo literally had everything we could have asked for: boogie board, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for cooking including a tea kettle which I loved. Beds and furniture were comfy and the condo was spotless. The ground floor location was quiet and private but an easy and short walk to the pool and beach. Swam with sea turtles in the ocean! An amazing trip and will definitely return.

The unit is tastefully decorated and has everything you will need to feel like you are in a beautiful home. The property is a lovely, laid back low rise condominium complex (3 stories) directly on Keawakapu Beach (in my opinion the best beach in South Maui for walking, as it goes on until you meet the trail at Wailea) the complex is well taken care of and is quiet and is the perfect place if you like to just relax. You cannot beat the views from the common lanai on the beach front. It is spectacular!

Love that the master bath has been sectioned off from the master bedroom in this unit!

There is no view from 104 but just a short walk around the corner with a morning cup of coffee and you have the most beautiful view of the beach and grounds. The only thing I missed was a BBQ.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great place to stay. Nice beach, easy access, nice condo with good a/c. We plan on returning in the future. Down side- parking is very tight and access is not very well marked. They were painting the exterior of the condo 3 of the 5 days we were there prohibiting the use of the patio, I complained to the mgmt co. There was no compensation other than sorry. This unit does not have in room laundry. Even with the down sides, it is a very comfortable place.

We really enjoyed our stay! Quiet, easy beach access, and everything we needed in the condo. Close enough to Kihei to enjoy the town, but far enough to be away from the chaos. Thanks for a great stay!

The unit was very clean and well equipped, just had a slight odor...not offensive, just odd. The only thing I missed was a washer & dryer. Would definitely return!
