Located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, the direct beachfront duplex is conveniently located near all of the area's attractions. With amazing beachfront views and great amenities, this unit is the perfect spot for your next Gulf Shores beach vacation! A License To Chill A is the east side of the A License To Chill vacation home and can be rented by itself. This duplex sits directly on the beach, what could be better? Start the day with your first cup of coffee in your private deck area or take a quick swim in the Gulf or the beachside pool. The family can wake up and be on the sugar-white sandy beach in minutes!

Once you step inside the east side of the duplex, A License To Chill A, you will appreciate the wide-open floor plan to enjoy spending time with your family and friends. The 1st floor living area provides comfortable seating and fantastic views. The dining table has seating for 6 with additional seating at the bar. The kitchen is well-equipped and thoughtfully designed, featuring beautiful countertops, a stylish backsplash, quality cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Guests will love the second living area with a sleeper sofa and a large-mounted TV. Bedroom #2 is located on the 1st floor and sleeps 6 in two queen beds plus two twin built-in bunks. There is 1 shared full bathroom on the 1st floor.

Moving up to the 2nd floor, guests will find two bedrooms, including the master. The master has a king bed, a TV, Gulf views, a private balcony, and a private bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, a TV, and shares the hall bathroom with the bedrooms on the 3rd floor.

There are two more bedrooms on the 3rd floor with TVs, and they share the 2nd-floor bathroom. Bedroom #4 has a king bed, Gulf views, and balcony access. Bedroom #5 has 2 twin beds and a TV.
