The property can be rented with A License to Chill B as a whole unit to sleep 27 for larger groups making this home a great place for a multi family vacation or group retreat! Located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, the direct beachfront duplex is conveniently located near all of the area's attractions. With amazing beachfront views and great amenities, this unit is the perfect spot for your next Gulf Shores beach vacation! Bring Fido along as this property is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with an additional fee. 

About a License To Chill A

A License To Chill A is half of the newly renovated A License To Chill vacation home and can be rented by itself. This duplex sits directly on the beach, what could be better? Start the day with your first cup of coffee on your private deck area or take a quick swim in the Gulf or in the beach side pool. The family can wake up and be on the sugar white sandy beach in minutes!

Once you take a step inside the east side of the duplex, A License To Chill A, you will appreciate the wide open floor plan with the new updates and decor. The 1st floor living area provides comfortable seating and fantastic views. The dining table has seating for 6 with additional seating at the bar. The fully equipped kitchen is surprisingly large with beautiful countertops, backsplash, cabinets and stainless appliances. Guests will love the second living area with a sleeper sofa and a large mounted TV. Bedroom #2 is found on the 1st floor and sleeps 6 in 2 queen beds plus 2 twin built-in bunks. There is 1 shared full bathroom for everyone on the 1st floor.

Moving up to the 2nd floor guests will find 2 bedrooms including the master. The master has a king bed, TV, Gulf views, private balcony and a private bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen, TV and shares the hall bathroom with the bedrooms on the 3rd floor.

There are 2 more bedrooms on the 3rd floor with TVs and they share the 2nd floor bathroom. Bedroom #4 has a king bed, Gulf Views and balcony access, Bedroom #5 has 2 twin beds.

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
