Enjoy this well maintained first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Tennis Club Villa close to the beach, Night Heron Park, The Sanctuary and the award-winning Roy Barth Tennis facilities in East Beach, Kiawah Island. The beach is a short 6 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride away!

This Tennis Club Villa has an open plan layout with lots of natural light and comfortable furnishings. The living area has seating for all your guests with a flat screen TV for entertainment. Glass doors lead out to a furnished screened porch where you can take in the sights and sounds of nature over breakfast and enjoy tranquil Lowcountry alfresco dining. The kitchen is well-equipped with all your need for home cooked meals with an adjoining dining area and access to the screened porch.

4741 Tennis Club Villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with his & her vanities and a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Tennis Club Villas Kiawah are located adjacent to the award-winning Roy Barth Tennis Center and The Sanctuary Hotel in East Beach Village. East Beach Village is the heart of Kiawah Island, anchored by the 21-acre Night Heron Park and legendary Sanctuary Hotel. East Beach offers the best of both worlds with easy access to Kiawah’s 10 miles of beautiful beaches and a central hub of activity for the whole family with a relaxed, social atmosphere.

You’re within walking or biking distance to Kiawah Island’s top activities, attractions and easy grocery shopping at the Town Center Market. Enjoy family-friendly activities and island celebrations at Night Heron Park, shopping and dining at The Sanctuary Hotel, award-winning tennis at the Roy Barth Tennis Center, and world-class golf at Turtle Point Golf Course. A day trip to historic Charleston is a must during your stay on Kiawah Island, only a 40-minute scenic drive away from your Kiawah Exclusives vacation rental.

The quick response to our leaky toilet was amazing! We will definitely stay again. Great location! Kiawah villas is our go to place for the Dec race for sure!

It was a bit rundown, and some things did not work. Light bulbs were burnt out, the ottoman was torn up, hairdryer did not work, some of the kitchen cabinets were kind of falling apart, the porch door was really hard to open and close. The most annoying thing was that the TV in the only bedroom that had a TV did not work at all. The "tech" who showed up to fix it said it needed to be replaced. (The TV was also tiny.)

Weather was wonderful. Very relaxing. Villa was very clean. Suggest a pad or topper on master bed; was too hard for us. However twin beds were comfortable. Otherwise everything we needed was there. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

Great location to tennis center

I stayed with my wife and 2 young daughters. One of the daughters had a tennis tournament. This is walking distance to the courts. Also it's a great location to the Sanctuary if you want to venture down to rent bikes or grab some lunch there. I felt like the place looks exactly like the pictures. I recommend for a weekend stay.

Tennis Club Villa Review

The villa is a little outdated; mattresses were terrible and the living room furniture was very uncomfortable. The screened in porch was very nice and location to the boardwalk and beach was convenient and a lovely walk. The villa was close to everything on the island. We had a lovely time.

Okay

Location was nice. But the unit was so dated. I dropped something behind the bedside table and it was so dirty. Furniture was kind of worn and dingy just didn’t feel clean. an update, and a good deep clean would do wonders for this place. The property itself with the walking trails was beautiful.

Great condo on Kiawah

We enjoyed our visit to Tennis court villas. Everything was in order for our arrival and Kiawah Exclusives was very easy to work with and communicated well. My only comment might be that the villa is well located for access to the tennis courts and getting around on the island. But it was a little bit of a walk to the beach, if that is what your looking for. Besides that it was a lovely condo!
