Vida muy relajada: relájese en el balcón elevado y vea a los golfistas golpearse en el green número 17 del campo de golf Cougar Point, ¡con un nuevo televisor de pantalla plana de 42 'en una nueva biblioteca en la sala de estar! Nuevos pisos de madera con alfombras orientales, azulejos de cerámica nuevos, baños, cocina, recién pintados, mantenidos meticulosamente CON PRIVILEGIOS DE RESORT COMPLETO (acceso a la nueva piscina y tenis, reservas anticipadas para tenis y golf y en restaurantes, tarifas reducidas para actividades recreativas, etc.) . ¡A 3 minutos a pie de 10 millas de hermosa y prístina playa! COMPLEJO DE PISCINA con Snack Bar ahora abierto a 3 minutos a pie de la villa. Primer piso: 3 dormitorios-2 baños completos-lavadero completo-vestidores grandes. Segundo piso: gran sala, comedor (con capacidad para 6 mesas de teca), medio baño, balcón con mesa y 6 sillas, cocina totalmente equipada. Cerca de la primera puerta de seguridad y del centro comercial Freshfields. A poca distancia del mercado de paja para imprevistos-restaurantes, alquiler de bicicletas, (y gran helado), gimnasio, etc.
Esta es una zona de vida fácil y villa grande, llena de luz, cómoda, ¡todas las comodidades que puedas imaginar! El hotel de cinco estrellas, The Sanctuary, está a poca distancia de esta villa, al igual que Night Heron Park y Pool with Snack Bar, muchos campos deportivos para todos los deportes, áreas de comida al aire libre, programas de aventura, Kamp Kiawah, etc. ¡Una isla como ninguna otra, elegante, espaciosa, con mucha vida salvaje y alrededores nativos y muy cerca de Charleston y las plantaciones del sur para excursiones de un día! Beautiful private community, clean property. We were able to drive around easily to explore & walk around some of the marshlands. Host was great at communication & working with us to visit nearby private communities for more adventures!

The house was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Very spacious. We enjoyed biking to the beach. It was less than a 5 min bike ride to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and kids pool at the Heron pool.

Outstanding accomodations

Wonderful location! We enjoyed watching golfers play the 17th. As our first time in Kiawah we were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the accommodations, activities, location & ease of utilizing the resort from this gorgeous condo! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic Stay!

We loved our stay in Kiawah. A great spot with resort access! Spent the day on the beach and then finished the afternoon at the Night Heron pool slide. Accommodations were nice and loved the boogie boards, sand toys and beach chairs! We’ll be back!

Great week on Kiawah Island

Villa location was terrific, easy access to beach and other activities. Place was clean and communication with owner was seamless and efficient. Villa was perfect for 4 adults and two kids. Only recommendation would be to have a place to wash off sand from beach on returning to villa. Would recommend this villa.

Fairway views

Our family of 5 had a great stay! The bed setup is perfect for a family with multiple kids. I would recommend bringing a wagon because it is a little walk to the beach. We found it easiest to load up the car and drive to the small parking lot by the Seascape condos. We enjoyed the beautiful golf course views and proximity to the West Beach pool!

Beautiful and serene

My husband and I and our one and three year olds had a wonderful time here. The upstairs area is perfectly suited for families with an open-concept so you can observe the kids playing from the kitchen. Everything is within walking distance or a quick drive. We look forward to coming back here in a year or two!

Great, convenient place.

Home is close to the beach. It’s plenty big enough for a family. The kids loved having a TV in their own room. Golf views are fun. The resort privileges component is an absolute must and this property offers it. Recommend it for sure.

Relaxing family getaway!

Beautiful location, close to pool and beach. View of golf course is a tease as it's soooo expensive! Do the research. Nice, quiet surroundings. Deer walk right past the deck in the evening. You do get a discount towards on-site restaurants. They all looked great but we opted to eat in and venture to more casual eateries. Accommodations very clean, comfortable beds and great shower pressure!

Fantastic!

We have stayed in several properties in Fairway Oaks and this is now our FAVORITE. The layout is great, the condo is clean and lovely decorated and very comfortable. I love having coffee on a porch and this has a great second-story porch with amazing golf views. It's a great walk to the beach, maybe a little tough if you're lugging lots and lots of kid items in the summer, but it's all shaded and easily walkable. We had a great stay here ringing in 2024!

Great place!

The Villa was very nice. Perfect for attending a wedding on the island. The only suggestion I have would be to have a small welcome basket of sorts for the guests. We are used to staying in a place that has a few bottles of water and maybe a small basket with “goodies” to snack on. We had to unpack and quickly run to the store for water and a few snacks. It’s so nice to walk into a place that already has this. Just a suggestion…

Nice Property for Family Getaway

My husband, 5-year-old twins, my mother, and I enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was seamless. We had access to resort pools, one of which was a three-minute walk away. The pools are wonderful, especially when traveling with kids. The condo was big enough for our family of five, but I would not want more people than that in it. The rooms were plenty big. My only comment is that the gully style bathroom between two of the bedrooms was tight, but it was certainly fine for a few days. The bathrooms felt a bit dated/rundown, too. But not the end of the world. We absolutely loved the seating area on the deck outside which looks over a golf hole. It was beautiful and perfect for having morning coffee. The unit owner was very responsive to any question we had, as was Kiawah Resort staff. The ocean was a 10-minute easy walk away. This was a nice property for a 4-5 day stay in Kiawah with a small group!

I grew up on the ocean in the Boston area and have always loved being either on a boat or near a beach. We live inland now, but the beach and ocean (and now golf) have become very important to us. We have three sons who are in their 30's, and the time seemed right to start looking for a vacation property in a warmer climate. So in 2005, my husband and I started looking for a resort area that offered golf and a beautiful beach, but weren't sure we really wanted to buy at that point. We looked at several areas on the eastern coastline, but when we arrived at Kiawah, that was it! We didn't want a built up area but were looking for one with natural beauty and environment. This location and climate now give us the wonderful opportunity to get our family together for vacations, and our villa, all updated, has plenty of room for everyone!

My husband and I were looking for a resort area that offered golf and a beautiful beach, but weren't sure we really wanted to buy at that point. We looked at several areas on the eastern coastline, but when we arrived at Kiawah, that was it! Kiawah is a different place, i.e. natural beauty, not 'built up', unbelievably beautiful beach (and not crowded), just very special. The island also offers many options for golfing (5 golf courses), beautiful homes, 35 miles of bike paths AND riding on the beach (another of my favorites), all solidified our thoughts of purchasing here! It was the right decision-a very special and beautiful island! AND NOW WE HAVE THE NEW POOL COMPLEX IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

When we entered this villa, our interest level soared! The natural light, the inverted floor plan (with the bedrooms on the first floor and living areas on the second floor) which allows you to be on the second level and looking down on the fairway - at the golfers hitting into the green), the close proximity to the beach (a requirement for me!), the clean and large living areas, all of these opened our eyes to the fact that maybe this was the right place. The island also offers many options for golfing (5 golf courses), beautiful homes, 35 miles of bike paths AND riding on the beach (another of my favorites), all solidified our thoughts of purchasing here!
