Le Rollin offers you a work area located at the entrance to your flat, a shower room with a washbasin unit, a towel rail, a shower and WC.

The living area includes a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, hob, extractor fan and all the other kitchen equipment.

We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

## Neighborhood

Sotteville-lès-Rouen is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department, in the Normandy region, in north-western France. It is a neighbouring town to Rouen, the prefecture of the department, and is part of the Rouen conurbation. Sotteville-lès-Rouen is well served by public transport, particularly by tram and bus, making it easy to get to Rouen and surrounding towns. The town has a number of cultural facilities, including libraries, leisure centres and green spaces. Cultural and sporting events are also organised throughout the year. Sotteville-lès-Rouen has a number of educational establishments, from nursery schools to high schools, making it an attractive town for families.

## Transit

There are several transport options for getting around Sotteville-lès-Rouen:

The town is served by several bus routes operated by the Rouen Normandy metropolitan authority. The Rouen metro has a station nearby, which can make it easier to get to the centre of Rouen. Sotteville-lès-Rouen has cycle paths. You might consider hiring a bike if you enjoy cycling. If you have access to a car, it's possible to get around the region easily, but you need to take parking into account. Car-sharing or taxi services may also be a practical option for occasional journeys.

Please note that the building does not have a lift and that the flat is located on the first floor. Access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases.

Arrivals are independent and take place from 4pm. Departures must be made no later than 11.00 am.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the flat, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
