Tucked in the highly desirable Nubble Lighthouse neighborhood, this pristine beach cottage is just a 12-minute walk to Long Sands Beach and 15 minutes to Short Sands Beach, where you’ll find family fun, restaurants, shops, Bowl-A-Rama, the arcade, and York’s Wild Kingdom.
A short stroll brings you to the iconic Nubble Lighthouse and Fox’s Lobster House, a beloved seaside institution since 1966. Craving something sweet after dinner? Just around the corner, Dunne’s Ice Cream serves up the perfect summer cone with unbeatable ocean views.
