The flat is located in the heart of the old town of Nice, in a very quiet street, with no shops and overlooking Rossetti Square.

Probably the best location in Nice for your stay: 5 minutes on foot from the beach, the port, the flower market and the famous "Place Masséna" and the Promenade des Anglais. 1 minute on foot from the "Coulée verte" (green spaces, fountains and benches to relax) and Garibaldi Square.

This charming newly renovated flat is also very close to all public transport: tram stop 2 minutes on foot away, taxi rank 3 minutes away, train station 15 minutes by tram. You also have the possibility to easily park your vehicle in the paid car park on Cours Saleya located 150 metres from the flat.



You only have to put down your luggage and enjoy your stay: the cleaning is done just before your arrival, bed and bath linens are provided, as well as welcome products for your arrival.
