Newly renovated cute 2 bedroom harbor beach cottage in the heart of the beautiful seaside town of Marblehead, MA. "Sea La Vie" is just steps from Marblehead harbor, downtown restaurants, coffee shops, boutique shopping and a quick stroll to the beach.

There are 2 parking spots in a private driveway, but if you do not have a car no problem! You can check-out breathtaking views of Marblehead Harbor right around the corner. The cottage is located a few blocks from some of the best restaurants and shops in town. The property is within close proximity and walking distance (less than a mile) to some of Marblehead's most popular beaches and historic Old Town.

This adorable harborside cottage has it all. Here is a list of amenities:

- Authentic private brick patio right outside the kitchen dutch door
- Modern, fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances and quartz countertops designed for cooking & entertaining - and a Nespresso machine!
- Updated technology including: key-free lock system (with personal entry code), Ring doorbell system, Nest thermostats, Echo smart speakers, Free High-speed internet & Wifi.
- Living room with plenty of comfortable seating, 55" Roku Smart TV, books, playing cards and board games.
- 2 quiet second-floor bedrooms each with new queen-size mattresses, luxury mattress pads, down comforters and ample closet space
- Master bedroom comes equipped with a 32" mounted Roku Smart TV
- Complete work station with desk and comfortable chair
- Newly renovated bathroom - marble vanity and rainfall shower
- Fully equipped washer and dryer
- Shed is equipped with beach chairs and kid toys for those summer days!

Great stay at this lovely and clean little cottage. beds were cozy with lots of extra blankets and pillows available. living room furniture was great and it was a nice room to hang out in to read or watch TV Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast every day. Quiet neighborhood with easy walks to coffee and shops. Easy parking. We didn't want to leave!

This was the absolute best place we could’ve stayed. The house itself is so pretty and clean!! We had plenty of space and it was decorated beautifully. The neighborhood is stunning and the neighbors are so friendly! Communication with the host was fantastic and we definitely had everything we needed and more. We cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be back when we come back to the area!! Such a fabulous and memorable vacation.

We had such a wonderful stay at this place. Amazingly central, Very nice picturesque scenery in Marblehead, nice places to eat. Very friendly host. He even told me where to purchase a golden cod to take home with me. I would love to stay here again with my family when visiting my brother. Thank you Rob!

The house is cozy and well located. 2 Bedrooms and 1 bath.....not the best for 6 people (my husband made the reservation). amenities were adequate. I would have not chosen this for 6 people. 2 is easy, 4 requires negotiation of the bathroom. Very clean and well maintained

Wedding Weekend

My girlfriend and I along with a group of my friends were in town for a wedding in Marblehead and this was a perfect location. Walking distant from most things on the island and the home had everything we needed.

We needed an escape from work and this was perfect. It was a short drive from Boston but felt like another world. This house isIn an ideal location to walk to restaurants, shopping, grocery etc. it had everything we needed. Also quiet and exactly what I wanted. We hope to return again soon

Wonderful little cottage in a lovely, quiet New England seaside village

Everything about our stay was terrific! The house is old and feels historical, but it's also renovated and has all the modern amenities. It's comfortable and quiet and perfect for relaxing, cooking and enjoying time with the people you love. And it's just a short walk to the ocean and some great local Marblehead shops and restaurants. It is also a quick drive over to Salem, which was great. We also drove up to New Hampshire and Maine for a day trip, and that was a quick drive up as well. Fantastic location, beautiful home, highly recommend! And if I'm up in the area again, I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

We booked this place for a bucket list Salem Halloween trip. Perfectly outside Salem ($10 Uber into town), but we fell in love with Marblehead. We WILL be back. This house was perfect, clean, perfect location, could not ask for more 💕
