Exclusive Marblehead neck home with sunset views to die for!

This three bedroom two and a half bathroom single family home is located at the mouth of Marblehead Harbor with ocean and lighthouse views that must be seen to be appreciated.

The home is equipped with two decks overlooking the ocean, and a sun porch. Each bedroom has flat screen TV's, while one contains a king size bed and futon, a queen in bedroom 2, and two full beds in bedroom 3 for a total of 5 sleeping spaces.

The neck, where this gorgeous home is located, is Marblehead's most coveted area surrounded by water and a quintessential New England lighthouse.

There is a spacious open layout and a dining room, which seats 10. Most rooms have ocean views! Queen bed in bedroom 1, King bed and futon in bedroom 2, two full beds in the bedroom 3. Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms. Large living room with two couches and TV over fireplace (non working fireplace). Breakfast nook in kitchen. Incredible place to live or work from home. Don't miss this amazing opportunity!

We used this lovely home as our hub to explore nearby Salem and really enjoyed the house!We were 3 couples, and had plenty of space to spread out and spend time together. The scenery here just simply can't be beat, and we all wished we could have stayed longer to appreciate the island and the home more.

Beautiful house with gorgeous views and a wonderful park in the back yard. Every night we watched the sun set from the back porches, the kids had a great time exploring the park, and everything was clean and comfortable. Just a lovely place to stay.

Great Getaway

A special property with a spectacular view in a million dollar neighborhood. Highlights: Updated eat-in kitchen spacious dining room, enclosed sunroom overlooking the water, all beds comfortable, quality towels, plenty of hot water - a great place for our group getaway.

Beautiful Home, Property, Lighthouse View

My group with 4 adults and 2 teens was very comfortable in this home. It is in an upscale neighborhood, There is a park directly behind the property and the view is amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

A few fantastic days in New England

Wow, what a wonderful way to experience Marblehead. Very convenient to Salem also. Property was incredible inside and out. Immaculate and spacious and filled with terrific views. We enjoyed the coastal lighthouse park, which was our backyard, every day. Wonderful and unique property.

Could be the best location on the North Shore!

I’ll start with the most amazing piece of this property, it’s the location and the view from the back of the house. When you see the pictures in the listing, and you see the ocean and the lighthouse, that is exactly your view from any window on the back of this house. Absolutely stunning view to have! The house was exactly as listed. It was bright, clean, and spacious for the seven of us that stayed there. Jay, the owner, was a great communicator and very accommodating of any question we had prior to our stay. The check-in process was super simple. If you are looking for a property to stay in anywhere along the coast North of Boston, this should be on the top of your list. We absolutely hope to get back to this house at least one more time this year, and we hope to make this a regular place for a long weekend visit. Thank you!

Lovely seaside getaway

I rented this house for my sisters and I to get ready for my sister’s wedding. The covered porch was a great breakfast spot. We had plenty of room for everyone to get ready and the location made for some wonderful “getting ready” pictures. There was a little hiccup with the owner’s not telling the property manager about staying the night and a bed was not made/trash left in the kitchen, but Jay was quick to respond and make it right. I would 100% stay here again.
