The lower-level living space is open and spacious, with lots of comfortable furniture, attractive decors, and tile and carpeted floors. The entertainment area features a large flatscreen TV surrounded by ample seating, ideal for movie nights with friends and family. The full kitchen has all the appliances and counter space you need to prepare a wonderful meal, and you can serve your dinner guests at the dining table or out on the furnished screened-in patio for an al-fresco dining experience. After a fun day of sightseeing, come home to splash around in the expansive private pool then use the free WiFi to research tomorrow's next adventure. The central AC will ensure everything stays nice and cool during those hot summer days, and you can take advantage of the private washer/dryer to keep the gang looking their best during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
