Firstly the good! Great location within 5/7 miles to disney. 3 miles to a super walmart and every other store that goes with a walmart. House is a great size, we had our family of 5 and my mum and it was perfect. Kids all got their own room and my mum had a bathroom in her room. We always stay on the lower floors in the master king. Plenty of hot water when you turn on showers and AC worked great. This development is over 20 years old and the houses in here show their age sadly. Think builders grade everything. This property still has a lot of carpet in it that needs removing. Bathrooms are clean but old. Nowhere near enough towels for a rental this size. Miss match of towels for beach days and then a set of new white towels which i wanna say had 12 towels. Sounds a lot but each bathroom needed a towel or two and there wasn't enough. Previous people complained of this issue it's a shame homeowners don't fix such cheap issues. Absolutely zero to none utensils in the home, not enough for a seating of 4 let alone how many this house can hold.Goes to cooking utensils also. Biggest issue we had was the pool heat and the terrible communication with the home owner. Pretty much the pool heat doesn't work or the home owner is turning it off remotely at night, every morning the pool was cold as ice and the hot tub never got more than lukewarm, my daughter is disabled and we needed that pool heated for her use. Ruined her vacation, and put a lot of stress on us.
