Check in was easy. We were not allowed to put the AC past 72 because the sign on the wall said it would freeze the unit. No extra blankets & bedding was super thin. There were ants everywhere (in the couch). We had 9 people & had to go buy pans to cook with. We did leave them at the property. The pans & cooking utensils that were there, were dirty. The hot tub smelled like stagnant water. Several electrical outlets did not work. Xbox, no batteries in the controller & unit didn’t turn on. Pool was great! Area was great for our group. House slept everyone after long days. It was a quiet area.

Pros and cons

Location was pretty perfect for what we needed, close by everything and liked the gated community. Cons are that the ice maker doesn’t work and the place didn’t have enough silverware or cookware, my daughter’s mattress felt ok upstairs but the one on the bottom level probably needs to be replaced. We did enjoy our stay though, condo was clean and was a comfortable size for our group.

A little disappointed

Everything was good except the dinning room table. It was an accident waiting to happen. It is a slab of glass on two pedestals, you can not lean on it at all or it tips. We kept the kids away from it so it didn't fall on them.

Ants, buy your own tissue

Wi-Fi passcode in booking message was different than the one in the notebook in the house.The one in the message was incorrect. The place has very nice potential. It is very roomy. I love the fact that it had three full bathrooms. I did not enjoy that there were ants crawling into my bags and in the bathroom. It did not matter if you had cleaned.We could not leave food out to cook,even for 20 minutes. I had to have a kid guard the food while I was cooking. The table in the dining room is not kid-friendly. The table top is totally made of glass and it moves when you use it. I was afraid that my kids would either break it or that they would get hurt. Fortunately neither happened. I took the reviews about parking very seriously, however I did not realize that the driveway was very small. If you are bringing a large family, be aware of bringing a large truck. We had a Chevy suburban. It was very hard to park. I do not advise. There is a warning that tells you not to park RVs there at all. You can park two small cars there with no problem. The issue is no one is allowed to park over the grass or sidewalk and there are tiny strips of grass in the middle of the parking apron so people have to park so that their wheels are not touching the grass. Some cars had to park sideways.It is very awkward. The clubhouse has a shallow pool, wading pool and a spa. Very fun for kids and relaxing for parents.There wasn’t soap in the clubhouse bathroom and the pool was cleaned late in the da

Issue with property

I rented the property based on the number of guess (9). This property is in a gated community with limited parking. I rented a 12-passenger van and it was towed once and attempted towing once. Apparently the allocated parking space was not enough in length for the van and the backend of the van overextended onto the sidewalk. Someone in the neighborhood reported it to the HOA who in turn called a towing service which cost me $175.00 to retrieve and an additional $80.00 Uber fee to get to the towing company. Understand, the dedicated parking space was long enough for the van and the property only had that space for parking. There was not parking on the street because that was against HOA's rules as well. In speaking with HOA, I was advised to park the van on the parking lot of the nearest commercial lot. Another issue was an ant infestation. One of the bedrooms was infested with ants. They were everywhere in the bedroom and nothing could be put down without ants getting all over it. We discovered at the airport, when returning home, that one of my sister's bag had ants in it. Another issue involved the sleeper sofa. An attempt to use it revealed soled linen and a large amount of trash.

The place was very nice. Just a few issues: Ice maker did not work- no dish towels in kitchen-could use more flatware.Had to wash pots and pans before using them. Food on the living room floor. Overall the place was nice,beds were very comfortable!

The saving grace of this property is the amount of bedrooms.

The most concise way of communicating what you'll get at this property is a pros/cons list. Pros: - 5 good size bedrooms that have 8 beds total (2 with twin beds, 1 with a bunk bed, 1 with a king bed and 1 with a queen - 3 full bathrooms - Stackable washer/dryer on premises - Kitchen with fridge/dishwasher/stove-oven for meals - Overall clean appearance - Hot tub on back patio - Pool/Sauna located in Clubhouse on property Cons: - Couch in living room is disgusting and broken. Could not seat 3 people because center of couch is sunken in. Fabric is worn and tattered. - Not enough seating for even 7 people. If house can accommodate 12 people there should be more seating and definitely replace the gross couch. - Ice machine in fridge broken - All 4 strollers offered in listing for children are broken (big issue since we ended up paying $240 in stroller rentals @ parks) - Screens on back patio torn and flapping in the wind - bugs got into patio - Outdated/cheap decor - stickers/cheap photos on walls - TVs not connected to any media in any of the rooms (pointless) - Video game system in Living Room broken - Dishwasher very old and doesn't clean well - Only room for 2 small cars in driveway. - Only 5 washclothes and a 5 bath towels in linen closet - not nearly enough if house accommodates 12 people. - Missing the things needed to function in a house for a week (enough cookware, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Childrens cups/plates/etc). 3 out of 5 stars for my stay.

Perfect location

Location close to all the amenities. Pool was close by. Only issue was parking of a truck, driveway is a little short. Nice view as well. Slept our 2 families perfectly, there was 11 of us. Would recommend it to friends

e The pool was closed the whole 4 weeks we were there and that was very inconvienient.

the property is old and needs many little things repaired. the owner did give us a pass to use another pool nearby but it really wasn't convenient. There was not enough silverware for 10 people. I had to go buy some. There were very few children's dishes. there were no dish towels or dish clothes. Also, we were there for 4 weeks and there was no usable mop so had to wash floor on my hands and knees. I little moe attention to detail would go a long way. The owner did respond when contacted and said to leave a list of things that needed repair. We enjoyed the little pond out back and liked watching the ducks, turtles, and birds.

More cons than pros but ultimately we got what we paid for.

Pros: -Close to a lot of cool and interesting Orlando locations -Hot Tub is nice -View of pond behind house was pleasant -Pool was very nice and enjoyable. Highlight for sure -affordable Cons: -Secondhand furniture and equipment (blemishes on couch, knobs coming off of table) -Random stuff just flat out didn’t work (ice maker, Xbox,) -A/C underperformed. Just always felt warmer than what it was set to. Whenever we cooked in the kitchen it ended up being hot downstairs for a while -Lack of necessities. No paper towels, salt, pepper, dish soap etc. To be fair we didn’t expect all of that to be there but maybe like one or two things to help us out. Also for the first day we didn’t have towels but we brought it up with the owner and she fixed it fairly quickly -Gated community offered everything that was advertised, but overall was disappointing. Pool table really needed to be fixed up. Movie theater has too many rules (book 48 hours in advance, can’t hook up your own devices, 3 hour limit, need to be out by 8:45 pm) -Parking. So in the listing it says that you can park three vehicles. And also specifies no RVs. So from that you can imply that if you have a 12 passenger van that it’ll fit. Apparently not, and there’s something very specific you have to do to make it fit. Luckily for us our neighbor was able to give us tips on how to park so that we wouldn’t get towed. But I feel like that should’ve been mentioned in the listing so we wouldn’t have risked a huge crisis in having our only mode of transportation taken away. Overall, I’m grateful we were able to find a place like this at the price we did. But it definitely wasn’t what I imagined when I saw what was advertised in the listing. If you can spend a bit more to find something more enjoyable, I recommend it. But this place is definitely good if you don’t plan on spending too much vacation time at the house and you’re looking for something affordable.

Decent for the money

Nice home in a nice neighborhood. There were a few issues, but the manager responded quickly. Parking wasn't great, and house is a no frills property. The pictures make a look much nicer than reality. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, but it is very cramped due to an oversized crib that is shoved in the room. "Gameroom" is a fooseball table placed in one of the bedrooms with a bunkbed, but the fooseball table doesn't have the ball to play. The Wii and Xbox offered in the listing don't work, and the Wifi is extremely weak and cannot handle the various tv's in the house plus personal devices. TVs have been switch to streaming service but take 5 minutes to boot up due to poor Wifi service. I could go on, but I'll stop there.

Dirty/host unresponsive/not properly stocked

We didn’t get instructions to get into the place until right before checking. We tried to reach the host for information not realizing it was sent in an email. The host was completely unresponsive despite several messages and calls. When she did finally respond we found out the pool was not open. We were told by the host the pool would be up and running three days into our trip. This was not the case - we were unable to use the pool our entire trip. The hot tub was so filthy it was unusable. The put two towels per bathroom (6) knowing we had 9 people and the listing shows availability for 10! They had zero hand towels or wash cloths. Three rolls of toilet paper to start out for the entire group! I get you shouldn’t stock your place for the whole trip but at least provide two toilet rolls per bathroom. The floors were dirty and the whole place smelled like rotting food… we finally found that the smell was coming from the garbage disposal. We requested some compensation for not being able to use the hot tub or pool - the host refused to call back or respond. We asked to have a later check out due our inconvenience… again no response. There were absolutely no cleaning products to use, no mop, foot brush - nothing. Needless to say my first experience with Vrbo and this rental was poor at best. Highly would not recommend this rental. Very disappointed.

It was a nice vibe

The property was so peaceful and spacious. The hot tub was a perfect touch to the view in the yard. I loved that there were multiple bathrooms with showers.

Family Vacation

Loved the property on a whole. Messaged the owner about clogged bathroom sinks, one leaky bathroom sink and the fact that the 3rd bathroom was locked and we couldn't use it, when we arrived. Didn't hear back until I was back home and was asked if I told the property manager. I didn't know that I should contact anyone else. Hot tub was filled with moldy water and unusable. King mattress needs to be replaced. Even with all of that being said, my family enjoyed their stay! Everything was close by and the gated community and property was very nice overall.

Very kid-friendly, including lots of toys and games to play during vacation at home. We love kids and hope they are as comfortable and happy away from home as possible. We also provide high chairs, pack n plays, strollers, and many toys. There is also a spacious porch outlooking a beautiful lake-view, as well as a Disney clubhouse featuring everything from pools to a hot spa to a movie theater. Additionally, it is within walking distance to a huge shopping plaza and some of the best dining locations in Orlando.
