The Summit Retreat is great place to relax but yet is close to the action. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with an air mattress for guests 8&9. A 5 min walk to restaurants, grocery, and shopping at the Summit Center. The Bluegrass Airport and Keeneland 12-15 minutes away. This home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood and features a private 2nd floor porch off the master suite to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Great Stay!

The house was perfect for our stay in Lexington. It was very conveniently located close to Keeneland and the UK campus. Scott was very prompt in his responses to our inquiries.

Thanksgiving

Property was very clean, in a great location, we had Thanksgiving dinner there and had a great time. Very nice neighborhood in close proximity to shopping and dining in lexington. Would recommend this place to anyone and would stay there again.

Grateful Thanksgiving

There were no surprises with this property. Everything was as described. The location was great! Since we have family in the area, it was very convenient. Plenty of space. I would definitely recommend this property. And I would definitely stay here again.

Great place - close to everything!

Easy Check-In, clean and well appointed. We spent a long weekend at Keeneland and the Bourbon Trail and this home was a great base for our group. There was enough space for three couples and three singles. Nice game room in the garage. We are looking to book again come graduation.

Our Stay in Lexington.

It was a very nice place to stay. The price was reasonable. The location was great for what we planned on doing in Lexington. The home was clean - very presentable. Scott responded to my message in a timely manner. I could tell that he really wanted to make his home the best he could to make our stay wonderful. We would repeat our stay at his home.

UK graduation

The home was great for myself, my boyfriend, my parents and 11 year old son. Close to restaurants and not far from UK’s campus. Very clean. My son enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. Great memories were made!!!

My coworkers/friends and I were very happy with our stay at Scott’s home. It’s in a great location, within walking distance to the Summit- full of shops and restaurant. Scott was quick to respond. He generously let us check out at 1:00 (even though I requested noon, he immediately offered 1:00 to give us extra time). I also had trouble with my payment at the beginning and he was very patient as I got that sorted out. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, there was not a single thing to complain about! Thank you so much, Scott! We hope to stay here again next year if we work this event again!!!

The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. The extra touches (snacks, wine and even shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap in bathrooms) were appreciated. We really enjoyed the comfortable couches and ping pong table!

Great golf trip

The house was exactly as advertised, with several unexpected nice touches. Very clean and convenient with easy check in and out. Our group loved it and would stay there again next time we are in Lexington. Great stay.

Best Host & Greatest Weekend!

Everything was perfect! My girlfriends and I stayed at Scott’s house for Keeneland opening day and to celebrate a bachelorette. The house was exactly as pictured and we had a perfect stay. Scott left snacks, a wonderful bottle of wine, and beer in the fridge for us upon approval. At one point, our hot water wasn’t working and I contacted Scott about it and he was at the house within 30 minutes to fix it. Not only did he fix it, but he left us a sweet note and betting money for the races to make up for the slight inconvenience. We all had a great weekend and I would highly recommend staying at Scott’s place— I know we certainly will!

Awesome experience.

Great, clean and excellent location. Scott was great to work with. We were attending a funeral and it was nice to have our family together in a house instead of a hotel.
