Bienvenido al tiempo de la isla. Nuestra propiedad hace sentir como si estuvieras en tiempo de la isla, por lo que sentarse a relajarse y disfrutar de sus vacaciones. Este / 2 baño condominio de 2 dormitorios tiene todo lo que puede esperar de unas vacaciones de playa. Disfrutar de la playa / Golfo de México y las aguas hermosas puestas de sol desde su terraza. Situado en el extremo norte de Fort Myers Beach, justo al lado de Bowditch Park y un paseo muy corto a la famosa zona Time Square y el muelle. El condominio incluye todos los elementos esenciales del hogar, cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora y secadora, ropa de cama y toallas. Hermosa tiene muchas nuevas mejoras, incluyendo nuevos azulejos actualizado en todo el condominio, la iluminación puede rebajada, y muebles de jardín nuevo muy cómodo. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y baño privado y un dormitorio # 2 tiene una cama de matrimonio. Complejo tiene una gran piscina climatizada y sillones y barbacoa.

Newly renovated after hurricane Ian. Very spacious especially the screened in balcony. Really enjoyed sitting out there and watching the waves hit the beach.

The view was nice, the location was great! We really enjoyed the use of the umbrella, cooler and chairs! We had a small issue in the bathroom that I called the management company about and they sent someone out right away and took care of it. The only negative thing was another person staying at the property was very nosy and rude to us about parking (and a few other guests about the pool) but that is not the property owners fault.

Wonderful place! We didn't want to leave!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was absolutely beautiful! Everything was new and updated, very comfortable, with a lot of room. Equipped with everything you need, including beach chairs, beach towels, hair dryer etc. The lanai was huge, and a perfect view of the gulf and sunset/sunrise. The pool is large, and a must have at the beach. We loved being secluded at the quiet end of the island, next to Bowditch. A short walk to Times Square, restaurants and shops. It was a perfect vacation, and we will definitely be back to stay at this unit!

View was magnificent

The property and the unit were very clean. We saw dolphins daily from the balcony. Every morning they would play behind the Key West Express. Also we were close to a nice park and free Tram pickup location. Also, the walk to Times Square was an easy 3/4 mile along the beach Will definitely be back here.

The most amazing beach view

Nothing beats the amazing open views of the beach this property has. We enjoyed the spending lots of time in the large screened lanai when not on the beautiful beach. Felt very comfortable and safe with my family. We were very fortunate to enjoy this condo and the beach the week right before hurricane Ian hit. Hope the city recovers soon. Would love to return.

Location was phenomenal FREE tramtransport

Very relaxing and fun. The Tram service is a lifesaver as there is no parking in “Times Square.”Needs updating, a good cleaning, less old throw rugs. Needs hooks for wet bathing suits and towels. Check with them if you have more than one vehicle. Parking for the Building is marked for each spot, however they did give us options. Lots of towels and beach toys provided on the balcony. Very kind messages from tri-vacations. Thank you.

Awesome Condo/Walking Distance to Boardwalk

We loved the condo. Very big and kitchen - has everything you need. Condo had beach chairs, toys, linens and towels. The pool was very cold so we didn’t use it much, but we didn’t come to the beach to use the pool. The condo is walking distance to the boardwalk, and next to a park.

Too many issues

Location is great and is very close to the beach. There is a nice big balcony. Condo was clean. Unfortunately we had many issues. The air conditioning broke twice while we were there. They did send someone over to fix it both times. When we first got there the Condo smelled very musty. Tri power did bring a dehumidifier that we had to empty twice a day to keep the smell under control. We had ants in the kitchen that got in our food we bought, they did bring ant traps for that. I did ask tri power to contact the owner about a partial refund for all the issues, they said they would but we never heard anything. We would not stay here again due to all the issues we encountered.

Great location!!

Enjoyed this relatively remote area at the north end of Fort Myers Beach, near Bowditch Park. The sunsets from the outdoor patio were amazing!

Location is great ...... but

Beachfront location & quiet area are the main attractions here. Condo itself is outdated and in need of some serious upgrades. We had numerous problems with plumbing (both bathrooms) and noise (from a total remodel in the next door condo unit). Tri-Power did respond to both problems quickly; the plumbing was fixed the next day but the noise continued throughout the week. After making the suggestion that some recompense be considered because the noise level was unbearable, Tri-Power was able to negotiate a partial refund with the owner of the condo. If a beach location is your main thing, this unit is great. If you prefer serious comfort level, newer appliances and other niceties in addition to being beachfront, then we would not recommend this unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was fabulous !! However, the gulf water quality was horrible. Released water from Lake Okeechobee was disgusting. The gulf water smelled like sewage and was a repulsive brown color. Had we been aware of the army corps of engineers decision/timing of this "release", we would not have stayed anywhere in or near Fort Myers Beach. This was not truly a 2 week "beach" vacation for the 4 of us. Good luck to everyone else staying "inside" this beautiful condo.

We upgraded to a two bedroom condo. It was bright and spacious. The view was wonderful. A few steps to the beach. The water was warm and delightful. Great weather for parasailing and dolphin watching. The salt water pool was refreshing. Got a great tan and enjoyed visiting with family and friends.

We will probably rent it again, especially if the beach chairs are replaced. All four of them are broken and unusable. Also, the rugs and upholstery had a cleaning solution smell that lingered even though we aired out the unit.

We enjoyed our stay. Less than a mile walk to the main town square. There was an odor of cleaning spray in the rugs and upholstery. The four beach chairs were all damaged and unusable. That said, we liked it enough that we've already booked another week next year.

Nice condo. Beach chairs need to be Replaced ASAP.

The beach is very large beach with soft white sand. Despite being a holiday week, the beach in front of the condo was not overly crowded with large open spaces to sit without others on top of you. The condo was on the 3rd floor, so it was high enough for a nice view but not so high that use of the elevator was necessary for us. The smart lock was great…we loved not having to keep up with keys and/or wristbands. The screened-in veranda was wonderful. The condo was in the center section of the building so the veranda was double the size of the end units. We loved that the master bedroom was on the ocean side with sliding doors to the veranda. The beds and bed pillows were very comfortable. We have stayed in much more updated condos (kitchen, baths, décor) but overall it was comfortable and better than the furnishings we had at the Pink Shell, where we stayed in 2012 & 2013. We did notice a huge increase in traffic compared to the same holiday week in 2013. The area around Times Square, coming over the bridge, and coming from the other end of the island was complete gridlock all hours of the day and evening. It took us 30m one evening to drive back from Publix (3 miles away) and an hour and a half to return from a movie (8 miles away). There were four beach chairs and a few umbrellas for guests to use. The beach chairs were in TERRIBLE condition. Only two of the four chairs were usable…one had a broken arm, and another had a metal bar that pressed uncomfortably into your lower back. My husband was able to use duct tape to “repair” the 3rd chair which was missing end caps on the metal bar under the chair. With 3 of us and only 2 usable chairs, we had to purchase another chair from a local shop :( We checked into the condo with less than full rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and no spare rolls. The roll in the master bath was less than half full. I called Tripower Mgt. and was told that they only provide one full, unopened roll for each bathroom. I explained that we had “used” rolls that were at half or less full. After being put on hold for a few minutes, I was told (no apology) that if I drive down to their offices (during business hours), that they would give me ONE roll. If you’re going to make a poor impression with guests, you should do it over something more substantial than toilet paper. I also had to purchase dish soap and used less than an ounce. We felt that this should have been provided since it would last at least a month or two.

Overall good! Great location

We really enjoyed the property & the location. This is well maintained and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Enjoyed the bbq grills. We really enjoy the beach area. This condo is located about a mile from the square. It is very convenient for dining and beach shopping. Some things to consider: Condo Needs some updates if it continues to rent for top dollars. The property needs to invest in some new furniture. The furniture is not comfortable. The screen porch needs new cushions. The chair in the family room is very uncomfortable. The sofa very saggy. Beds were great!
