General Guidelines
1. Respect the Neighbors:
o Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please maintain a peaceful atmosphere at all times.
2. Occupancy Limit:
o Maximum number of guests allowed: [Specify based on property capacity]. Unauthorized overnight guests are strictly prohibited.
3. Age Restriction:
o The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay.

4. Check-In: Anytime after 4:30 PM.

o Smoking, vaping, or the use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies. A $250 fee will apply for violations.
