Relax and unwind in this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath, newly constructed home. Nestled on a private drive just a 5 minute walk from Lake Michigan beaches, this property offers a worry free vacation getaway for guests. It offers 3 rooms with queen beds and 1 with a queen bunk bed. The house features 3 full baths and many modern amenities such as AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and free WiFi. You'll also be able to enjoy the large deck featuring a gas grill, large dining table, additional seating area, and spectacular views of nearby Muskegon Lake. It also includes a large, covered patio and fire pit to cozy up on cool, summer nights . Whether you're relaxing at the beach, exploring a hiking trail, enjoying a meal at one of our local restaurants, or just unwinding at home, this property provides everything you'll need for the perfect vacation. The house was just finished in May 2024. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay if you need suggestions about local attractions, or have any questions.

Family Vacay

Loved the location. We walked or biked daily either to the beach, the ice cream shop, or the pickleball courts.The living and sleeping spaces were great for our family. We really liked the garage for the ping pong and the storage of our bikes.

The home was beautiful, clean, inviting and well stocked. A very nice touch to have beach chairs, towels, and cooler available as well. My son and his friend loved the table tennis(me too) and the living quarters apart from the adults(me too) I would definitely recommend to anyone going to enjoy Muskegon or Grand Haven. We also enjoyed the bonfire.

Very pleased with our choice to stay here. Super clean brand new house with a great layout for entertaining a group. Plenty of space for 6 of us. Nice small neighborhood and walking distance for us to the beach with the beach wagon. Great backyard space, deck and gaming in the garage.

House was new, fully outfitted and in great condition. The location was fantastic for us: right across the street from the yacht club; 5 mins to the beach and 10 minutes to town. The host was attentive, professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal stay with amazing location!

Karen was a phenomenal host and we enjoyed our stay at her property so much! The backyard was our favorite part and we had so many laughs & core memories made there 💖 it was only a 4 minute drive to the beach too!

Modern and clean

Karen, the host, was communicative and responded very quickly. The house was very modern and clean with all the amenities you can think of including a washer/dryer, kitchen appliances with dishware, cooking utensils, etc., ping pong table, beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, fire pit. Rooms were spacious all with queen beds. The street is slightly noisy but only a 10-minute walk to the beach. Would highly recommend this house and host.

We loved our stay at this wonderful home. They thought of everything you would need to have a great beach vacation (great chairs, beach toys, cooler, etc). We appreciated the water and the kids loved the snack basket too!

Awesome rental

Our family had a wonderful weekend at this rental. Everything was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve meals for the 8 of us. Also, the outdoor decks and fire pit added areas where we could gather and enjoy the outdoors.

A Modern Refuge for Fun on the Lakes

Our family of 8 (4 kids, 4 adults) loved staying here as it was big enough to comfortably fit us all and give us room to spread out, share meals, and come together to hang out. It really feels like a new house -- clean, with all the modern amenities we needed and some fun beach stuff too. We'd definitely stay here the next time we come back to Muskegon.

Perfect family gathering

The host is so easy and enjoyable to work with. The home is spacious, comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The two decks and lower patio and backyard area make for a great place to gather but it’s also a very short distance to a wonderful beach area. The kitchen it’s very well equipped. No problem cooking for the 9 of us. Beds are very comfortable also. So happy with our choice, would definitely book again

Beautiful home

We traveled from metro Detroit to enjoy the beaches of lake Michigan and Michigans adventure in Muskegon. This house is a great location for both! We were also close enough to the grocery store for quick runs. The house has a great open floor plan on the top floor and a nice quiet more private lower level. The outdoor spaces were wonderful and allowed us gather around a campfire all 3 nights we stayed. Hosts are gracious and communicative and provide all of your necessities.

Family fun for Memorial Day weekend

Our family had a great getaway to Muskegon over the Memorial Day weekend, in part because this house was perfect for our plans. It offers a great location to the beach, hiking, town, local restaurants and attractions, as well as offering every amenity imaginable. The yard and deck were perfect for a family afternoon of games and BBQ, followed in the evening with peaceful conversation by the fire pit. The space is open and inviting, and extremely comfortable. Check in was easy and our host very communicative and responsive. Would highly recommend for your next visit to the area!

Amazing travel destination for families

My husband and I recently stayed here with two other couples. All of us have infants. As parents of young children, the home exceeded our expectations. It was spotless with everything thought of from toiletries to beach wagons for the kids. Each bedroom was spacious enough for us all to fit pack and plays for our kids, with plenty of room for the adults! Communication with the host was so easy, reliable and friendly. The home is also right next to the water, which made for beautiful walks and a wonderful day out at the beach. This is a must stay property.

Family launch pad for daughter’s wedding

Wonderful!!! Beautiful home and views, Every last detail covered. We had our daughter’s wedding at the Muskegon Country club, practically walking distance away. I brought coffee and filters, etc, because rentals often don’t have basic cleaning items or even dish cloths, but they had everything you may have forgotten, even a toothbrush. Last days together as family and room to spread out. Highly recommend..

My husband and I both grew up in Muskegon and loved spending time at Lake Michigan in the summer. We love the outdoors and enjoy relaxing at the beach and hiking the many trails and dunes that Muskegon has to offer. We are excited to have guests enjoy the beaches, lakes, and all this beautiful town has to offer.

This property is unique because of its close location to Pere Marquette Beach and Lake Michigan. The house is large and can accommodate a big group. In addition, it has a large outdoor deck with a dining table, seating area, and grill. The lower, outdoor level has a seating area and firepit for outdoor bonfires. In the garage, you will find a ping pong table and dart board for entertainment.
