Naples Trip

Property was clean and well taken care of.Owner was very responsive when there was a small hiccup with the AC. Very well kept home. Pool and Hot Tub were awesome.Great to walk every day around the lake.

We'll be back

We've had a spring trip to Naples for over 10 years - all in different houses. The "Beautiful Cozy 3-bedroom House" has been the cleanest and best equipped house ever. We spent all of our time on the lanai in and around the clean,warm pool except, of course, at night sleeping in a comfortable bed. Communication with the owner was terrific. Thank you so much.

Great Location

this house is great! loved the location. Beds were comfy, nice and clean. lots of utensils, pots and pans for kitchen use. such a great place and would book again!

Naples weekend

The property was very nice except the hot tub was not even warm and there were very few instructions on what could be done to fix it. I messaged to host several times to ask what needed to be done when we departed but never got a response back. It was very clean and had many extras and the kitchen was well stocked but the communication was very poor.

Beautiful home in great location

This home was beautifully maintained and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It is in a great location in Naples and we felt very safe there. The pool area is perfect and so relaxing. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 is due to the disconnect between us and the property contact (who is not local to the area). She was responsive to our messages and always solved our issues but there sometimes was a delay since she had to find someone local to help us. A simple welcome binder with home and pool information would be something that is definitely needed in this home. We couldn’t get the TV’s in the bedrooms to work and only could get a few things to work on the main TV in the living room. When we first arrived, the pool seemed to not be “on” but we still swam in it. The second day we contacted the property contact but since it was a holiday weekend she couldn’t get anyone to come look at the pool so my husband found the control panel and got it turned on. By the 4th day, the pool water was green. A pool technician did come out and got the water back to “normal”, although now it seemed like there was too much chemical in it as our kids eyes were burning and skin very itchy. All in all, it was such a beautiful home. It just was a little stressful to have to figure out a lot of things on our own and to not have the pool ready to go was disappointing.

Wonderful House with Outstanding Pool and Hot Tub

We had stayed in this East Naples neighborhood before (by coincidence literally next door) and find it a great place to stay in Naples. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac and there is a nice lake in the neighborhood. The house is very roomy and nicely designed. The true highlight of the house is its OUTSTANDING pool and hot tub! My wife and I agreed that it's the best pool and hot tub we've ever had at a rental. The house and pool are a true five star rental. The reason for giving the review four stars was that the arrival to the property was very awkward. The only instructions we were given were how to get into the house. Once inside, we assumed there would be instructions on what was expected of us and how to use items that weren't obvious to use. There were no instructions, however, and it was unclear how to get the hot tub running and there were a lot of remote controls around that weren't labeled. (It turns out they controlled ceiling fans and TVs). When I contacted the host to clarify some of these things it turned out to be an awkward interaction, and the host was rather defensive. The host is remote and relies on what she calls a "house watcher" to help with anything on site. But it turned out that the house watcher was out of town and wouldn't be available until our second morning there. Once we met with her, our questions were addressed and from then on, the tone of any interactions we had with them (there weren't many) were much more friendly. We suggested that they could use a set of renter instructions and some labels on remotes and various light switches (which we never fully figured out). We also suggested that if the house watcher is not going to be available when a new renter arrives, they should consider having someone else available. But all that pales in comparison to how wonderful the property is and how much we enjoyed the pool, the patio, and the area. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Property

This property was one of the best ones we’ve stayed in. My family and I have been going down to Fl. And rented for one week in February for 16 years and this one by far was on of the best stays we’ve had. The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with quality kitchen gadgets, tools, and necessities. The layout of the house was perfect and the appliances were superb. The pool was large and very clean and lanai was spacious. We spent most of our time there and loved every moment. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again!

Nice place, but….

House and pool area are very nice, kitchen well stocked. Quiet and nice neighborhood. However, got no check-in instructions until we reached out to Vrbo support line. Hot tub doesn’t operate, televisions have no service and aren’t streaming capable(and property contact never responded to our question about that), master bath toilet runs until you pop the lid and manually shut it off. Didn’t get the communication we’ve had at many other properties and the items that weren’t working took the shine off what could be a very nice place to stay.

Excellent Property

It was a perfect family get away! The house was just as promised. Pool and hot tub were perfection. We grilled every night and kitchen had everything we needed. Owner provided a travel crib and communication was excellent. I would highly recommend this property. We will be back next year.

Fabulous Pool

The location of the property is perfect and very near to the beaches. My family enjoyed every bit of it. The large pool with heated spa is a highlight and the kids loved it. The host is very responsive for my queries. One minor issue was, we could not find the crib for the infant but we managed without it. I would recommend this property for any family to spend their time in Naples in a quite community with all facilities and once again the magnificent pool.

Great property for a group. Plenty of linens, dishes and space! Pool is excellent and space around pool is great for gathering. Very clean and well-stocked. They’ve thought of everything.

Nice place

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was immaculate and the floor plan really suited our needs. We particularly enjoyed the lanai and pool area. They home had a lot of the little things that made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!
