During your stay, our team offered to assist after you reported your concerns, but you requested that they be addressed after your departure. We also did not receive any additional calls or messages regarding the refrigerator until the day before your checkout, which unfortunately limited our ability to inspect or resolve the issue while you were still in the home. Guest comfort is very important to us, and had we been given the opportunity to access the property during your stay, we would have been happy to investigate the odor and assist. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, and they have since been addressed with our maintenance team for inspection. The drain line was clogged.
