Welcome to Nottingham!

It's 3 BR/2 bath on a large corner lot with a game room, Pool and billiards table. The upscale neighborhood is perfect for a quiet stay.

There is a Queen bed in each bedroom, a single floor mattress and a single fold away mattress in the closet.

Perfect Location to several Amenities

This place was in the perfect Location. The house provided everything you could possibly think of. The pool was very clean. The house was spacious and clean. Host was very accommodating and helpful. Great neighborhood.

Wonderful EXCEPT for AC PROGRAMING

The neighborhood and house overall was great. My boys and I had some great family time, there was plenty to do. The only complaint I have is with the AC programming (the house had a NEST system installed) I would put the AC on 70 and the house heated to 78 degrees!!!! I’m not sure how the nest works but if I put my AC on 70 my house will NEVER get to 78 unless my unit is broken. The owner acted clueless as to why the house is that hot. His response was that it looks to be cooling on his end. Ok im on vacation in Texas and it’s HOT. There is NO reason my rental should not be exactly the temperature I set the AC to!! We left a day early because we couldn’t relax in the house that evening after being outside in the heat all day. Owner still acts clueless about his programming ruining my last day and a half. Heat isn’t something I can compromise over in Texas!!

Central Location with Fun Amenities

PROS: 1) Host was very gracious & responsive. Left bottled water, snacks and coffee pods for guests. He also checked in on us the day after we arrived (via msgs) and provided visitor insights and recommendations. 2) House has fun amenities - Pool is nice to have in the summer heat, play area for kids in dining room with video games, poker table was nice for cards, and the pool table was fun. My teenagers REALLY enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. We spent many hours playing ping pong over our 5-night stay. 3) House is conveniently located to AT&T stadium & Six Flags. The neighborhood is nice and well maintained. The neighborhood is in a bit of an industrial area, so you have to venture out a bit to find most things, but not too far. 4) The house has newer appliances. Washer/Dryer seems brand new and laundry detergent was provided. I understand it's an older house but seems like additional maintenance is needed to make the house even better. CONS: 1) The bathrooms are in much need of maintenance/upgrades. The master bathtub coating is peeling in large chunks all over the place and really was not ideal. 2) The carpet in the bedrooms is old, stained and smells heavily of years of carpet deodorizer (masking other smells). If you allow people to have pets, you really should rip out the carpets and put flooring down. 3) The kitchen cabinets and drawers should really be cleaned out and new lining added. I would recommend additional pest control.

Such a relaxing stay

Our stay was super relaxing. There was more than plenty of room in the house. If you have small kids then there is a nice separate space for them to be kids too. The backyard is great and would be awesome in the summer. But even in February, it was still enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. Globe Life and the AT&T Stadium are only 11 minutes away. We used ride shares and had no issue getting one. If we need to stay in the Arlington area again, we definitely will be back.

Bowl Game visit to Dallas

We enjoyed our visit to Dallas for football. Property was an easy commute to AT&T Stadium. While it was too chilly to enjoy the backyard and pool, we enjoyed the indoor games, billiards, ping pong and poker. The home was clean and ready for our three night stay. Host was very responsive prior to stay but he was not needed during the stay, best kind of host!

Great location-loved the pool!

Enjoy our stay very much! Very convenient location to everything especially the sports venues! Great communication with the host as well. Only improvement I would recommend is updating the bathtubs as they were peeling.

Close to AT&T Stadium

House was great. Clean with plenty of room and activities for all ages at house. We relaxed in the pool. Very easy for events in Arlington and was in a safe neighborhood. Will stay again.

Home owner communicated extremely well. From the very beginning and throughout the entire process which showed us he cared. We will definitely stay here in the future as the property and homeowner exceeded our expectations!

Cowboys Celebration

This was a great place for my father’s birthday celebration! It’s so close to AT&T Stadium, the neighborhood is beautiful and felt safe, and there’s so much to do at the home with the pool and games. He even left some snacks and coffee out for us. We all had a great time and would definitely rent again! Thanks Joe!

Great property

We recommend this location/host without hesitation. My family and I travel all over the country for work and pleasure. Joe is the only host that has ever reached out to us after our check in. Don't waste your time guessing, reserve this host's properties.

Nice home, quiet neighborhood

Stayed for the weekend with some friends for a football game. Communication with the owner was excellent - went out of his way to make sure all accommodations were made. Gave us great recommendations of what to do around town. House was clean, neighborhood was quiet and very safe. Great location, short uber rides to everything in the area.
