Beautiful single-family home in quiet neighborhood just north of the shops and restaurants of famous Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach and about 2 miles from public access to beautiful beaches. Conveniently located just off I-95, between West Palm Beach (20 minutes to Palm Beach International airport) and Fort Lauderdale (45 minutes to Fort Lauderdale International airport). Plenty to do in the area which has outstanding restaurants, excellent shopping, great beaches and parks and PopStroke, a family friendly NEW mini--golf/ entertainment park 5 minutes down the street. where you can eat, putt and drink!
Our beautiful 3 bedroom; 2 bathroom home comfortably sleeps 6 and has been freshly renovated and is impeccably clean. We have new appliances in our kitchen, perfect for home cooking; LVP flooring throughout for easy clean up from the beach sand, and modern finishes throughout. The laundry room has a washer & dryer and a utility sink. We have supplied our home with as many things we could think of for a complete vacation experience. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from the necessary plates, glasses and flatware to lots of pots, pans, bakeware small appliances, leftover storage containers, spices and utensils to create your meal masterpieces. The bar area has a cocktail shaker and every kind of glass for any kind of cocktail as well as a Keurig, a 10 cup coffee maker and an espresso maker (coffee, sugar and creamer included). Our home also features a screened back patio overlooking the back yard, which is fenced for privacy, and includes a gas grill and outdoor dining option. Show your skills with a game of corn hole provided for your enjoyment. We also have 2 bicycles for your use, please use the bike helmets and lock provided, and chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach towels to take on your beach outings.
We have tried to make our home what we would want, when we go on vacation and we hope you feel that when you stay here.
For OUTSIDE ONLY security reasons we have a front door Ring Camera, a back yard AND east side yard (behind the fence) Ring Camera/Security light.

Best rental ever!

Was a very pleasant stay. The property was was ultra clean and had all the amenities you ever needed. The owners were very nice and appreciated our renting their property.

We stayed here for 8 nights. It was the cleanest vrbo we have ever stayed in. There is everything you need to be comfortable here for a short or long stay. Beach is nearby, as well as shopping and restaurants. We loved our stay here.

The house was great for our party. It was wonderfully supplied with everything one would need for your stay. The hosts were great and wonderfully responsive. Cute backyard with nice lighting and central to all activities.

Great place to stay!

I would highly recommend this property. It was perfect for five adults. Clean, modern property. Beautiful screened porch, private backyard. Close to restaurants and the beach. We prefer to cook our meals when we travel and this kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Property owners were quick to respond and very accommodating. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Great house feels like home!

We enjoyed our stay at this remodeled home, it’s very lovely. It’s a warm, inviting environment with many touches we appreciated from the well stocked kitchen to plenty of hangers in the closets! Leslie & Felix pay attention to every detail. We appreciated the opportunity to stay at their beautiful home.

Home away from home

We have stayed in many rental properties but Felix and Leslie really made a home for their guests. Everything you need is there and more. They were gracious and easy to communicate with. Location was great . The most comfortable beds I have had in a rental . Our 6 weeks here was just perfect . Thank you Felix and Leslie for your attention to detail . This is a gem !

Exceeded Expectations!

We had an amazing stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the owners take great pride in their home. The house was spotless, with an open living space that felt both cozy and spacious. Natural light flooded the rooms, making it a bright, cheerful place to relax.One of the highlights for us was the screened-in porch overlooking the large fenced backyard with party lights on a timer adding ambiance to the evenings. The owners even left a welcome greeting card, a bottle of wine and a basket of fresh fruit.The house is equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. There was a binder filled with useful information and local suggestions. We loved being close to the beach, nature preserves, the amazing Morikami Japanese Gardens, and the Green Market and Norton Museum in West Palm. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby too! The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and it was easy to get around. Overall this property exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our home - "The Beach House" - is conveniently located close to I-95 between Palm Beach and Miami. We are only about 2 miles from beautiful South Florida beaches and close to lots of shops, restaurants and cultural attractions. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an open concept home, its perfectly comfortable for a family of 6 or a few couples to share expenses.

We have tried to be thoughtful of what one might want/need for a relaxing vacation. First and foremost is a very CLEAN environment in which to stay. Besides the regular comforts of home we have included as many things as we could think of to enhance your vacation in our area. Be it towels, chairs and coolers to take to the beach or 2 bikes for exercise or to get around without your car. Please use the bike helmets for safety and lock provided. Plus a beautiful kitchen to make that dish you have been meaning to try, eaten in the dining room or al fresco on the screened back patio. We also welcome any suggestions that would make your time here more enjoyable.
