Modern Oasis Getaway on Beautiful Private Golf Course

Enjoy a tranquil, private escape located in the gorgeous, gated Avondale Country Club with mountain top views, a parade of eucalyptus trees and endless sunshine all from our backyard.

Cool off in the pool, take in a spa night under the lights, sip coffee as the sun rises while the birds chirp or fire up the grill with whatever you’re craving.

INDOORS:

You’re welcomed by an open dining and living room area with vaulted ceilings, all BRAND NEW modern furniture and a 65” HDTV & WiFi. This flows into the kitchen that displays all stainless steal appliances, stone countertops, rich cherry colored cabinets and fully stacked with utensils to make almost any meal you have on the menu. Off the kitchen is a walk in pantry with ample storage for your convenience with a full-size washer and dryer available.

The Primary Bedroom and En Suite Bath are located on a separate wing of the Villa with an HDTV, all new modern furniture, a comfy King Size bed and is equipped with 2 closets (one sliding door, the other walk-in each with closet organizers). The Main Bath provides a spacious walk-in shower and dual sinks. The Secondary and Third bedrooms are on the opposite end, the former offering a King Size bed and the latter two twin beds with a fan in each room. There is a mounted 50” ROKU TV in the second bedroom. The guest bath features a single sink with a shower/tub combo.

OUTDOORS:

The property features a healthy-sized private pool for lounging and swimming, an attached spa that spews into the pool, 4 lounge chairs, a sturdy rich wooden table with two benches for outdoor dining, a sectional with patio / end tables, conversational set, brand new grill and two ceiling fans. The trees give a nice balance of shade but plenty of sun for catching a classic Palm Desert tan!

THE AREA:

We’re on the very corner with direct walking access to a private (club owned) tennis court, pickle ball courts and a fantastic 18 hole golf course. If you’re an active walker, golfer, or sun god/goddess, you will fall in love with this community and all it has to offer! It’s a 10 min drive to the popular El Paseo for exquisite outdoor shopping and dining, 10 mins from the famous Bump n Grind hiking trails, 20 mins from exceptional restaurants in La Quinta, and 20 mins from downtown Palm Springs for even more prime dining and entertainment.

AMENITIES:
Golf is available for a monthly membership to play the course. Gym access is also available to guest located at the main club house (a very short walk from the property) free of charge.

Cleanliness is a high priority to provide to our guests.

The minimum age we allow for renting is 25 years.

** Pool Heating **
A $35/night pool heat deposit (included in the security deposit) is collected for guests who want to heat the pool. * Fee is dependent on seasonality of reservation. *

No parties, no smoking or pets (we’re sorry about that last one - owner has allergies). For Cancellation Policy, please refer to the Rental Agreement. 29 Night Minimum Bookings.
