Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Polynesian Village is a 1BR/1BA GULF FRONT condo that is within walking distance to Pier Park!  Located on the second floor, this unit offers a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo sleeps 4 guests comfortably! Wake up with morning coffee on the Gulf Front balcony, with spectacular views of sugar-white sands and emerald waters. Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee of $2.00. Daily fishing licenses can be purchased for $6.00. Open all year. Fish caught in season: Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red fish, Blues, Blue liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtails, and other varieties. Rod rentals, bait, and tackle are available on site.

Nice views/good location!

Nice views and good location. AC needed repair, got repairs the next day, bed was a little uncomfortable... Overall, I would stay here again. The management was SUPER great!

Great Views

While the interior design is a bit outdated, it was very clean and operational. Kitchen is well stocked, bed is nice & the AC works great for those hot summer days. Condo has great views. We come here every year and always leave happy.

Perfect location

Condo was exactly what i thought it would be. The only thing that could be better is the bed, It's not very comfortable. Great location, air conditioning works great, amazing view!

Absolutely love these condos! Location location location! Condo was clean and as advertised. The sliding glass door was off track but we were able to get it back in good working condition. Will be back.

Perfect beach view!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. It sits beachfront/Beach view. While the condo is small, it is an exceed use of space! We were not cramped at all. I would recommend that you bring your own linens but this was clean, nicely set up and the view was to die for! But the beach access was amazing!!! I WILL stay here again.

Very Pleased

The unit was clean, good location. Will definitely rebook. Only complaints, parking is a little cramped, and the condo unit itself doesn’t have washing machine and dryer. Had to pay to use the ones on the bottom floor.

Great location - Amazing view

This condo is not run down, it just has very outdated decor. Think Golden Girls on a budget with DIY updating. Bathroom is nice. Balcony door needs to be fixed but was usable when you figure out the trick. It has all the amenities you need for a beach trip. If fit our needs very well. Nice bed, plenty of hot water, air conditioning and an amazing ocean view. You are MERE STEPS away from the beach. Close to restaurants. Street noise is a bit loud at peak times, but it is Panama City and expected. We would definitely stay again.

Location is great. Condo is a bit worn down.

Came for a relaxing weekend with just the husband and I- no children. This place was perfect for us, easy access to the beach, and to shopping! The condo itself with the decor and what was there inside was outdated. Not any room in the bathroom or kitchen counter space. Furniture was worn out but the comfort there was a 10! Parking is really tight. We weren’t left with a whole lot of instructions but by luck figured everything out! This condo beats any of the high rise big name condos around! Worth the stay!

Great view and location - needs some updates

Nice condo. Needs some updates- the pullout couch bed has broken springs. Not very ckean, which was a little disappointing. Basic things we were used to in a condo, like a dustpan or salt and pepper, etc were not provided and we had to buy. I do understand these things aren't promised, just nice to have. The view was amazing, the location ideal!

Beautiful beach but disappointing stay

Property manager readily available. HOA doesn’t seem to care about renters. Didn’t respond to property manager. Problem with tv and internet the whole time we were there. Inside was adequately set up but older. Balcony and beach was great. Property manager was supposed to call and talk with me about compensation but never called.

Good location but horrible condo

This particular condo rental is old and needs some updating. It had a musky smell. The kitchen has a tiny oven range and very tiny microwave. There's a leak under the sink that they tried to hide by having the cabinet door screwed shut. I highly suspect mold in the condo as I had sinus issues during my stay there any by the end of my week there was very sick. The shower curtain is full of mildew. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable. My kids (who can normally sleep on anything) complained about how uncomfortable the pull out sofa bed is and had trouble sleeping on it. They even contemplated sleeping on the floor instead. The sliding patio door is extremely hard to open/close. The only good thing about the condo is the location is next to beach homes so the beach is very private and not super crowded. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable. My friend was staying in 213 and her condo was newly remodeled and very nice.
