Unfortunately, they are mandated by the Wild Dunes HOA in order to gain access to the pool area and are beyond our control. Traveled with young toddlers and it was convenient to walk between the beach, the boardwalk pool and the house for nap time, lunch, etc. Home has a very coastal decor and we love the area. Countless trips to Wild Dunes over many 20 plus years.

Amazing House for Families

I would highly recommend it for anyone that is taking a trip with another family. There is plenty of space and things to do. Beach is only a 2-3 minute walk through the beautiful courtyard. Pool is on the beach as well.

Perfect family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Grand Pavilion 50 on Isle of Palms was the perfect location for our extended family vacation. The house is well appointed and spacious enough for 4 families. It is steps away from the beach and 2 pools. The beds were so comfy and the kitchen had everything you need. The house was clean and all appliances worked. When a lightbulb went out, maintenance was there within the hour to fix it! Island realty was fantastic to work with - very responsive and ensured we were able to get checked in after hours. We already rebooked for next year.

Parking was difficult because only 4 cars allowed. Visitors had to find other parking across main rd. Only provided1 thin towel, hand towel, wash cloth per person:(. Had to keep washing. Weddings were occurring twice a day Fri & Sat & on Sun am behind the house so u had to walk a good bit out of way to get to beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location for this stay couldn’t be better! It’s only a short walk to the beach, pools and boardwalk. The home is beautiful with fun decorations and fully stocked with cooking supplies. The beds are comfortable and TVS are the perfect size! Which is rare in a vacation home. We really enjoyed our stay!Note the pool at both the Boardwalk and Sweetgrass are not available to use with this rental. I recommend bringing extra paper towels, garbage bags and TP if your there for a week. They only supply a limited amount.

Beautifully decorated. Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy. Then, when we got to the house we were very happy. The house was decorated beautifully. There was lots of space. Great porches for hanging out and talking. One of the only houses we could see with a top porch for sunning. Only a block or so from the beach. Easy walk; took maybe a minute or two. House was equipped with everything we needed: wine glasses, dishes, cutting board, etc. we did have to make a run to the store for toilet paper, because the amount provided at the house ran out. Highly recommend this property. Also, we were able to get additional parking passes by calling the security gate - not a problem. However extra cars had to park elsewhere, as only 4 could fit in the driveway. FYI no beach view but overlooks pretty courtyard.

The two master bedrooms worked well for the two families with a toddler and the bunk room was great for the older kids. The kitchen is well stocked and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The centrally located was great to walk to coffee or to play pickleball and close beach access.

Comfortable beds. 2 king bedrooms are very large. 2 queen bedrooms are a little small. Island realty was great, had an A/C issue fixed within 2 hours of check in. Only suggestion is that it is showing its age some (bedspreads, rugs, areas in kitchen). We had a great family vacation there!

We loved the chiefs kitchen and it was very well stocked. The property was clean and well-maintained. I would recommend adding more hair dryers and would have been more convenient with a garage code. Otherwise, the house is great and would return.
