The property is also full of wildlife. Three herds of deer criss-cross our land daily and there is a little fox that sometimes hides under our deck.

At this house, you will see lots of bunnies, squirrels, dear, wood peckers, and songbirds. And there is a chance if you are lucky that you will see an owl, a raccoon, coyote, or a fox. We even had a small bear in the neighborhood this summer. Keep your eyes open. It’s almost a guarantee that you will see Pronghorn in the meadows as you drive into town about three min from our house.

Even though the house is in the mountains off a dirt road it is also located within ten minutes of Walmart, Target, King Supers, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Arby’s, Fitness Centers, YMCA, Wells Fargo, a brand new splash park, Spas, a hospital, and pretty much everything else.

Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.
