Cedar Mountain Lodge

Welcome to Cedar Mountain Lodge! This beautiful, newly-renovated home is located on five acres in the community of Bryant, Alabama. Cedar Mountain Lodge is conveniently located. Just a short drive from Chattanooga, TN (35 min) , Scottsboro, AL (50 minutes), Huntsville AL (1.5 hours) and Nashville (2 hours). This home is located high on the mountain above Trenton, GA. If you like to hike, we have Alot of local trails, fishing? We have the Tennessee River (7miles away) bring your boats/ jet skis we have plenty of room for them, Are you coming to test your drag car at “Driven Luck ? Come on we have accommodation for those cars and trailers. We have local restaurants (not many bc we in a rural area) but the food is Great and the people are wonderful too. Scottsboro, AL (50 minutes) shopping and a lot of restaurants.. but mostly Unclaimed Baggage. Have you ever lost your luggage at the airport ? Wandering where the unclaimed goes? To Scottsboro, Al the store is fairly big and if you like to shop and find good deals, plan for 1/2 day inside 😃. On down from Scottsboro you have Huntsville, AL home of the space and rocket center, Huntsville Havocs ( hockey), botanical gardens, Golf X ( indoor golfing) a large mall and so many other things. Was you wanting to spend your vacation to see what Chattanooga, TN (35 minutes) has to offer? A lot 😂 just to name a few. Rock City and Ruby Falls, Pointe Park and the Chattanooga Incline are all located on Lookout Mountain, TN… Downtown Chattanooga there is Chattanooga Zoo, Tennessee Aquarium, IMax theater, Walking bridge (across the Tennessee River) to Coolidge Park (north shore) so much more.. downtown is best to pay all day to park and walk around, there is trolleys and horse carriages…… Chattanooga also offers a large Mall, Dave & Busters, TJ Max Ross, Marshall’s and much much more. One more hidden gem… The Lodge Cast Iron Store, and manufacturing plant is located 20 minutes away. Come shop and get all your cast iron skillets. The lodge also sponsors The Cornbread Festival which is in The month of April every year. Or the best of all is spending quality time with your family/friends enjoying the hot tub, peaceful, and relaxing, plenty of kitchen utensils and space for home cooked meals

Our host was fantastic again. This was our second time staying. This home has everything you need for a stay but with a home feeling. The decoration change was just the cutest. What a nice surprise it was to walk in and see it all. Totally worth staying during the holidays or any time. Thank you again.

So very peaceful. A very nice well kept home and property. We enjoyed our time there. *i did notice a review about dogs and the yard. Let me tell you the neighbors are all very friendly and we did see some dogs and heard them but there was zero trace of them in the yard. Once inside you couldn't hear any of them. We would stay again for sure.

Great Place!

My son had a tournament at Nickajack Lake . Cedar Mountain Lodge was a great place to stay . It was very clean , and the host was great about answering questions. We would definitely stay again if in the area .

Beautiful place to stay

Everything was very clean and very spacious. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone. The location was perfect but they neighbors dogs pooped everywhere and barked constantly, I know the homeowner couldn’t help that.

Lovely outdoor setting

We were very impressed with the hot tub, outdoor setting, and lighting which was our favorite part of staying at this house. This is a clean rental, has the basics including traditional coffee pot. We enjoyed our stay without incident.

Great stay, great price.

While the house is a bit outdated you will enjoy a spacious common area and a quiet neighborhood. Not to mention the house was very clean, as was the outside. My only problem was the neighbors large LARGEEE amount of dogs which bark all day from morning till night so please make sure to bring earplugs or a white noise machine. This is at no fault of the owners and I’m sure they’re just as annoyed by the dog situation as us.

The cabin was clean and very comfortable. The scenery around it is beautiful. The listing was accurate, and we had everything we needed for an amazing weekend. We’ve already discussed returning. Kendall and Brittany were great hosts!

Supper clean lovely home, very well stocked home. The owner was very polite and made sure we were happy with everything.She was very easy to get ahold of and she got right back to us. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Awesome place!!!!

Beautiful home

Very nice cabin. Quiet neighborhood. Kendall was quick to respond to any questions. We had tornados the night before our arrival at this cabin back home. Notified Kendall we would be running late. He made sure the porch light was on for us. The garage is set up like a game room. The kids enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Will definitely book this cabin again in the future.

Great Spot for Privacy and Sightseeing

We booked this home to explore Lookout Mountain. We felt like it was a fine distance to drive to the tourist spots but also go "home" for privacy and quiet each night. The interior stairs are not steep and the house is very child friendly with a wide porch and some games in the TV cabinet. Very clean. We even thought the sink outside of the downstairs bathroom made it easier for our large group to get ready in the mornings. The kids had fun in the lawn and on the deck. Thank you for sharing the history of your family's home!

Great Getaway!!

We really enjoyed staying at Cedar Mountain Lodge. We were there to visit some state parks in Georgia and also sites in Chattanooga. The cabin was in a perfect location for us. We were not at the cabin much during the day so we didn't do any cooking but the kitchen had everything you would need. The cabin was clean and the beds were comfortable. The host answered every question I had almost immediately. I would highly recommend this cabin if you are in the area. I don't think you will be disappointed at all.

My husband and I have been married over 20 years , have 4 children, we both work for our local school district and we live in Bryant, AL, we enjoying family time and traveling when we can, hiking, camping, or going out on the lake. We enjoying hosting this house to meet other people. This is not just a business endeavor for us. We know my grandparents would be so happy to see their home enjoyed by others. We try to keep our prices reasonable, so all families can enjoy a vacation. We don't hire our cleaners we do it ourself and all maintenance.

Cedar Mountain Lodge is in a rural area, the house was once owned by my grandparents, they loved people, gardening, their family and mostly Jesus. The neighbors are mostly all family. The house sits on 5 acres with a small pond

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I’m not sure Cedar Mountain just has a unique style . To me the house has a lot of my childhood memories and that makes it special to me. My husband and I decide to nightly rent this house, so other people could make family memories.
