The Loft retreat at Price Pond !

Enjoy our Countryside Loft apartment with 4 windows overlooking our Pond. Sit around the campfire ,enjoy fishing or just walk around the property. Visit in our spacious living room /kitchen area while kids play in attic gameroom equipped with 4 built in bunk beds and big screen TV . Our kitchen is large with double oven and dishwasher. The decks do have stairs so not handicap accessible. We are 4 miles from Driven LuckCircuit and 7 Miles from the Venue at Lilly Lou’s the Pines.

Everything was splendid. The place is lovely and very thoughtfully decorated for the season. It truly felt like home away from home. The host occasionally checked in via text to make sure that we were ok and if we needed anything. I would absolutely visit again. Oh, the lake, the fire pit, everything was awesome! I wish it were possible to give more than five stars.

Joy was a wonderful host! The home was decorated for the season, which was so warm and inviting. Spacious for 8 of us to stay. It was clean and everything that you would need and more was available for use. This loft exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to go back. If you are swiping through looking for all of the above, stop what you are doing and book it! You will not be disappointed.

A stocked pond. We caught 10 fish just a few hours.
This is just a portion of the play area upstairs. So much fun!
My son is autistic. Decorated beautifully, clean and simple. I didn't have to worry about him getting into a bunch of stuff. We actually could relax with family.

Beautiful place, great amenities, and wonderful host. Everything we needed for our Thanksgiving getaway. Joy is the best, made sure we were all set and gave us the low down on all the local spots. My daughter's already wanting to go back for her birthday.

What a wonderful stay! The property was exactly how pictured, even better! Comfortable bedrooms, inviting living/dinning/kitchen area, with all of the little extras needed to make it feel really homey. My little ones loved the attic with built in bunks, plus the toys and outdoor area available kept them entertained. Our host was responsive and accomedating, making us feel completely welcome. Highly recommend!

Extreme Thoughtfulness. That's how I would describe this beautiful place. Joy's attention to detail and many, many thoughtful touches throughout the property were second to none. It started with us coming in late after dark. She turned on the lights and had soothing music playing for us when we entered. It just got better after our initial impression. Our toddler got to experience fishing for the first time. She caught a bluegill! We were here for rest and relaxation and certainly achieved that goal.

Beautiful home! Pictures do not do it justice. Joy was so sweet and even messaged me with places near by for food and groceries. The property has a beautiful pond out back with a nice back porch over looking to enjoy the sunrise or sunset. Loved staying here!

The Loft

It was everything the listing said it was and more. The kids definitely loved the loft with all the beds. They thought it was a cool hang out spot. The pond was a great success fishing and hanging out by it. There's a cornhole board in the laundry room. That was a great surprise, we used them a lot. There's a nice grill on the deck. We've stayed in several different rental houses for vacation this one is our favorite. Highly recommend.

Truly a Retreat

The Loft Retreat is a big beautiful place and our family loved staying here! It is clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The wood paneled loft is huge and our kids loved sleeping in the beds built into the walls. This is a great space and we’d definitely choose it again!

We LOVED our stay at The Loft!! We were in town for a wedding at a nearby venue. The place was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed. We had plenty of space for the whole family. My son especially enjoyed fishing in the pond. The owner was very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed and even checked on us during the storms that came through. If we ever find ourselves back in Bryant, AL this will definitely be the place we stay!

Home away from home.

Such a wonderful and peaceful place to come and visit. The views of Gods country was just what we needed. Spacious enough for the entire family. We enjoyed coning here and will recommed to our friends and family. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home. We had a wonderful time.

Family friendly

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The owner goes out of her way to add all the special touches of home. The kids loved fishing in the pond and the location was in close proximity to all the attractions of Chattanoga.

Beautiful cabin!

We had a great stay. The place was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The host was responsive and very helpful with recommendations for where to shop. Loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the awesome view of the stars at night!

The Loft is amazing!

The loft itself is huge and could probably sleep 10 or more. There's a great game room upstairs, a huge kitchen with all the standard appliances, a nice fire pit with chairs around it, a living room with a big tv, and so much more. Joy was also super easy to book with. I had no issues communicating with her and the house was spotless. I would definitely come back.

Lots of space

Wonderful property with lots of space to spread out. Three roomy bedrooms with quite large bathrooms. A giant loft with lots of room for the kids to play. There were also tons of little extras included to make the stay more enjoyable. There was an air hockey table upstairs for the and a special small table set up for a tea party for kids downstairs. There was even a small basket of toys for the kids. The dining table easily accommodated 12 people. The kitchen was stocked with lots of serving pieces. There was a small fishing pond on the property that the kids enjoyed along with a fire pit. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated.

Absolutely Amazing

Our family of 9 stayed at Joy’s property for a short family vacation. Her home is beautiful, clean and very accommodating. We had everything we needed. The home is conveniently located to several areas, Chattanooga, Ruby Falls, Cloudland Canyon State Park etc. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you Joy for sharing your beautiful home! -Rebecca

An oasis in the eye of the wedding storm

My family and I absolutely loved staying at The Loft. My grandson was getting married at a nearby venue. The Loft was a meeting place for our family. It is so spacious, beautifully decorated and I don’t even know how to describe how wonderful the owner is. She answered all my questions quickly before we arrived and was even there to meet us and helped my husband take our luggage up. She was also available to answer any questions during my stay. My family has already expressed interest in us staying there again. Five stars is not enough to rate this great home. It is A+++++++

The best fall break!

Pictures did not do this property justice! It is so much bigger in person than we were expecting! Insanely clean, the kids and adults had plenty of space to spread out. The host was an 11/10! Checked on us via text and sent us ideas for things to do in town and the best places to go. Definitely going to make this place a yearly tradition!
