Come relax or play in Pinetop with activities for all 4 seasons! Our newly updated cozy cabin is nestled in the tall pines of Pinetop Lakes Country Club. Enjoy countless outdoor adventures just minutes from your stay! Nearby Rainbow and Woodland Lakes offer great fishing and boating experiences, while Sunrise Ski Resort is just a 30-minute drive. If you love hiking or mountain biking, or simply enjoying the beautiful Arizona weather, there's a trail for you!

You will love the warm and cozy feeling the moment you walk in! Recently updated to provide the most comfortable stay for our guests. Spend time with family and friends in the large family room around the glow of the gas fireplace. Enjoy meals and play games in the dining room - or take advantage of our great Arizona weather and strike up the BBQ to relax on the back deck.

We are pet friendly and welcome your well-behaved 4-legged family members to our cabin and fully fenced back yard.

The kitchen is well equipped for all of your cooking needs and provides both a Keurig and Drip Coffee maker.

We offer a comfortable workstation for those work-from-home days, or to plan your fun Pinetop days!

A family vacation in the mountains was made memorable by this property! A wonderful backyard with a deck and fire pit. We would stay here again!

It was nice, and the location was wonderful. My only issue was the fence had an opening that we had to block. It should be repaired as the fence was why we chose it and we're willing to pay so much.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood

We really liked the fenced back yard for our dog, Lugnut. Close proximity to golf, restaurants, and hiking. Very clean. The host had excellent contact with us and was responsive to communications. Recommend highly.

Enjoyable Stay on Palomino Drive

The house worked very well for my husband and me, and our 2 King Charles Cavalier Spaniels. We also enjoyed hosting 2 friends for 3 nights during our stay. The back yard set up was a real plus. All the amenities we needed were included, and it was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We would definitely book this house again if it was available. Our only suggestion is that the information provided by the host provide more clearly that trash should not be put out for the city's regular weekly pickup but rather the host should be contacted if trash pickup is needed during your stay. This would be particularly helpful for stays over a week, such as ours.

Overall nice place

This property is in a good location and was fine for me and my dog for a week. The fenced back yard is great. But the property needs some TLC. You can tell when a place has no one in charge ever living there. The rug in the kitchen should have been thrown away long ago. Other rugs seemed dirty as well. The kitchen cabinets need to be cleaned out and organized. Both my friend and i injured our feet when we tripped over the platform for the wood stove. The oven still works but it has to be 20 years old. Bathrooms could use an update.

Great location

A delightful house in a superb location! Eddie's Country Store has dynamite steaks and the house a great grill. Not to mention only 5 minutes to the best restaurant in Pinetop: Charlie Clark's.And beautiful hiking trails abound!

Wonderful property!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very clean property exactly as advertised. The backyard space was very relaxing and the fenced backyard a bonus for our small dog. Great location, very quiet neighborhood, would definitely return.

Clean and Cozy

This place came as advertised. It was very clean and cozy and in a very friendly neighborhood. Owner instructions were clear and reasonable. Plenty of back up towels and linens. Any questions we had were quickly answered via text. We spent most of our time in the back yard that was completely enclosed. The place was pet friendly so there were no concerns of them escaping. We would definitely stay there again. Great set up.

Loving Pinetop!

Very Nice property, location is perfect, quiet neighborhood that is close to most everything one would need. We stayed for 3 weeks, wonderful escape from the Valley. First and foremost, Julie Sommerfeld! the absolute best property manager we have encountered in 9 years renting thru VRBO. Attentive, professional, always available to handle any little issue. Her response time to texts is amazing. The cabin/home is a nice little retreat in a wooded area that offers a lot of peace & quiet. We had all that we needed and plenty of space. The listing doesn't note that they have fans and in June/July you surely do need them. In this case they have plenty. Loved our time and enjoyed all the area had to offer. We would definitely return in the future.

Anniversary long weekend with pups

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable cabin in Pinetop celebrating our wedding anniversary. While the kitchen appliances are older and outdated, the cabin is clean and well stocked. We didn’t cook at all and had take out. We traveled with our two dogs that enjoyed the fenced in back yard. We loved having our morning coffee outside by the fire pit. We enjoyed long walks in the quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this cabin in Pinetop.

Cozy and Clean!

What a great time we had at this cozy cabin in the pines. It was a dog friendly place WITH a fenced in yard that was perfect for our dog. The host was very prompt with all of her responses and a delight to deal with. The cabin was super clean and very comfortable. Our family had a wonderful time and will return.

I was born and raised in Arizona, and would not want to call any other place HOME! Spending time outdoors - hiking, kayaking, camping, lounging by the pool - there is no better place. My 3 adult kids, my siblings, and parents all live nearby, so family get-togethers are frequent, loud, and fun!

While I live in the southern Arizona town of Gilbert, I have spent many great getaways in Pinetop. Taking the kids sledding in the winter, to escaping the "Valley" heat in the summer, Pinetop has become a special place for my family. When I had the opportunity to purchase my Aunt's cabin, I jumped on it! I'm excited to continue my family's traditions in Pinetop, while also sharing our little slice of heaven with others to create their own memories! Our cabin has been in the family for over 30 years, so it was ready for a little update. I have personally enjoyed renovating it to provide a super cozy and friendly space that I just know you'll LOVE!
