Recently remodeled with new porcelain tile floors, new paint throughout and upgraded LED lights adding significant brightness to kitchen and rooms. New A/C, refridgerator, and garage door. Slab granite kitchen and bathrooms, new furniture and bedding. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and Roku smart TV’s in both bedrooms. Flat screen Roku smart TV in living room. High speed 100MBS WIFI included with free US/Canada long distance phone. Closest pool and Jacuzzi is one house away.
Four seat golf cart available with signed waiver to get you to any of the other 43 pools and spas, brand new state of the art fitness center and clubhouse. The unit does not come with a golf membership, but you can play with any members of The Lakes Country Club as a guest or there are many other great golf courses in the vicinity.
Walking distance to unobstructed southern mountain and golf course views just 200 yards down the street. Tennis and pickle ball courts and brand new state of the art gym is available for your use. We have always loved to go to Palm Desert with the family to enjoy the weather and swimming pools as a great escape from our home in Southern California. The Lakes is an incredible place with very friendly people. We stay here often but like to have others enjoy it while we are out and about.
