Ubicado en la comunidad vigilado cerrada de Monterey Country Club con un garaje para dos carros. Situado cerca del centro comercial El Paseo y restaurantes.

Disfruta de la nueva cocina con vistas al patio recién ampliado que da al campo de golf. El patio tiene un gas B-B-Q y calentador al aire libre. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size. Anything you need is there, plus some.Clean and comfortable, loved the gas fireplace. Kitchen has good selection of dishes and pans and spices and glassware.Beds are quite comfy and wish I could have brought home my pillow. And there’s a garage. While the golf is not public, there are a number of courses close by.

Such a Perfect Retreat

This was our second visit and our stay was, again, exactly what we needed. The unit is arranged and furnished beautifully and ideally situated for lovely morning sun and good afternoon shade. In the off season, the property is especially quiet, too. We’ll be back!
Sunrise on the Fourth of July from Sean’s patio. Perfection.

Amazing place.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. In town for a tournament at the Polo Fields. 20 min drive was super easy. The house has everything you could want for a great stay or getaway. Owner was incredibly responsive. Check in was a breeze! Will stay here again.

Pleasant extended weekend stay

This was an excellent experience. Home is clean and well stocked, including special touches that set it apart from other places we’ve stayed (e.g., google set up throughout). Host was very responsive throughout entire booking and stay.

December Stay

Family of 4 stayed Dec 22 - 30. Absolutely loved it. Beautiful morning view of golf course and a great spot on patio for morning coffee. Very clean and spacious, absolutely beautiful inside & had everything we needed and the bed were VERY comfy! Great communication with Christopher.Would Highly recommend! Hope to be back soon!!

Gorgeous Getaway in the Desert

We were all so impressed by the comfort and location of this property on the golf course. From the roomy sofa in the living room to the comfortable beds in the bedroom and the short distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. We hope to be back!

We had a fantastic stay. The home is beautiful, spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Many options for pools within a quick walk, lovely patio, and scenery. We will definitely be coming back.

Great Location, Great Stay

Our stay at this property was relaxing and enjoyable. We visited family just across the fairway, but enjoyed having a quiet place to ourselves each evening. This home is well stocked with staples for cooking. We enjoyed coffee each morning on the patio. The property at Monterey Country Club is amazing. We spent time in the hot tub and played bocce ball, too. We will absolutely stay here again.

Condo was well located in Palm Desert, very clean and functional! Worked great for my family, including two kids. Sean and Christopher were communicative and flexible. Would definitely return!

Fantastic property

This home is incredibly spacious, comfortable, modern, clean, and located in a beautiful setting that is convenient to all Palm Desert has to offer. Floor to ceiling windows and an expansive patio overlooking the golf course and a water feature enhanced our experience. The owners have thoughtfully included everything you might need during your stay (blankets in the living room, dishwasher/laundry capsules, bathroom nightlight and a well stocked kitchen). We felt like we were at home and highly recommend/will return without hesitation.

A true oasis

Our trip coincided with the hottest ever temperature recorded in Palm Springs — 124 degrees. No worries, though: Sean and Chris’ unit has a garage, is east facing, has a shaded patio and is next to a pond on the golf course. The pool is a quick walk away, and the condo has an efficient AC as well as ceiling fans. We had breakfast on the patio every morning and naps in the afternoons. Even got in a round of golf one morning before the heat of the day. We loved our stay and will definitely be back…maybe in April or October next time.

Family visit

Beautifully decorated and perfect size for what we needed. Limited lighting in the bedrooms in the evenings & ceiling fan not working in master bedroom which could be easily addressed. Some challenges with sugar ants in the kitchen on the last day - probably due to the amount of rain. Again, easily fix - just an inconvenience.

Disappointed in the owners

When we arrived there was a mixup with the cleaners and they had not been in. Mistakes happen and we were ready to roll with it since they did come in the next day and cleaned. We did have to put sheets on the beds . The owner said he would credit us one night for the inconvenience. We were happy with that and had a great time there. No credit showed up on my card so I emailed the owner. He said he would need to send a check so I gave him my mailing address. It has now been 20 days and I still have not received it. If I had the overall rating would have been much higher. Also, if you think that you get to use any of the amenities of the country club because you are renting there think again.

Wedding in Palm Desert

Great stay - well appointed, good view, excellent location.

Tastefully decorated, comfortable, updated (99%) condo in established well-known golf country club community in a central location, close to El Paseo. Living room, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms and the two bathrooms all include many thoughtful details for living -- large comfortable sofa, great dining area with large table, seating for six and attractive modern chandelier. Exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. Lighting where you need it. Condo also gets good natural light throughout and AC works like a charm. Full size washer/dryer (didn't use). Lighting (ceiling and task) is good, and where you need it. Patio is large and overlooks the golf course (north-ish? orientation, almost full sun in the morning in October, mixed in the afternoon) with views over the golf course and a small lake with fountain. Like everything else, the patio (a good slize) is thoughtfully done, with a lovely patio table with chairs for 6, plus 2 lounges and gas fire pit (though we didn't use it). This is clearly a condo "home" that is lived in by the owners, and not a quickly decorated "rental for show piece". A few things (e.g., tub in 2nd bath) have not been completely updated, but the livability of the home was a major benefit. Communication with owner was super easy - check-in and check-out. We finalized check-in details while travelling in Europe - couldn't have been easier. Thank you!

Perfect spot for a family getaway

The property was situated in beautiful location, and was a short drive from great restaurants and shoppings. The space was very clean and well maintained, and the owner was very easy to work with. Would love to stay here again.
