The custom interior has been carefully designed with comfort and privacy in mind. The amazing backyard is the highlight, with a sparkling pool, hot tub, patio lounge and table, hammock chairs, and even a putting green to practice your short game. Located minutes from the valley's best dining & entertainment.

Every Coast to Cactus home comes stocked with all the basics you will need to feel right at home! We provide: High speed Wifi, Smart TV's, fully stocked kitchens, complimentary coffee, bath essentials, and freshly laundered linens and towels.

You'll find plenty of sofa seating and a flat screen tv with streaming services.

Additional seating room with views of the backyard and pool.

Brady bunch house. The motif of house was 1970 tv show. Neighborhood was not good, first night there two people on drugs tried to ask for food while we were having a cookout in backyard. There is a motel 6 next door to house. The interior of house was fine. Memoryfoam mattress and bathroom s where ok. Would i rent house again no i would not better choices elsewhere.

Perfect retreat!

We stayed here during my daughter's ASU graduation and loved every minute of it! The house was conveniently located and the amenities were amazing!!

Had a really good time here

We had a good stay. We had an issue with the pool pump but the pool service was on site very shortly after letting the service know that there was an issue. Grocery store nearby is a plus.

Great stay!

Visited for the Rock n Roll race in January with a group of 4 couples, and this house was perfect! Conveniently located, safe, and tons of space for everyone. Enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and putting green and a huge stocked kitchen to prepare meals. Cute coffee bar, WiFi, and easy check-in and check-out process. Highly recommend this property!

Guys golf trip

We were able to cook and grill and tub in the evenings and mornings and keep ourselves healthy to play 108 holes in 4 days. Fantastic spot and well maintained. Central to all courses that we played.

Tempe house

The property was extremely clean and well represented by the pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and all the amenities. We had a couple small issues the first day but the management company was quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this house!

Very clean and comfortable stay

Overall our stay was great! Got off to a little rocky start when we couldn't get in after we were approved for early check-in, had a hard time getting the hot tub working, the back gate to open for the trash, and the overhead stove fan wouldn't work. But the host was very very communicative, kind, and patient with us. They also had full bakeware delivered when we needed some. We really appreciated that!needed some.

Nice house, good location

Overall, the house was perfect for us. Somebody rang the doorbell around midnight one night, which was a little odd. We think maybe it was delivery driver as we noticed two packages at the door in the morning. We left them in the entrance way of the living room. The only other issue was that the hot tub didn’t work.

Great house in great location

Stayed at this house with 5 other friends at the end of March to watch spring training games. The house was nicely located by both the giants and Cubs spring training facilities. The house was clean, well supplied with kitchen supplies (pots/pans/utensils), and looked as advertised. The pool, hot tub, and backyard provided a nice setting for hanging out and grilling/playing games. Other reviewers have noted that the HVAC system is a little noisy. This is true, but no one in our group found this to be loud enough to interrupt sleep and would stay at the house anyway

Restful night sleep not possible at this property

every night, except the last night of our 7 night stay, from around 3AM to 5AM there was a constant noise which i think was the pool pump that could be heard in all 3 bedrooms closest to the pool. a restful night of sleep was not possible for 6 of the 7 nights we stayed there. Stay away from this place!

Decent stay for ASU family visit.

Our family had a decent stay and enjoyed the recliner sofas in the living room. The property looks nicer in photos than in person, and when we first entered we noticed scuffed walls and some needed repairs such as a peeling bathroom ceiling and a missing towel bar. The rug in the master bedroom looked dirty/ dingy. The top bunk bed was not made for us so we did it ourselves. Property management did send golf balls for the putting green via Amazon upon request which was appreciated. Kitchen had mismatched silverware and scratched nonstick skillets - no sheet pans or cookware for the oven at all. Given all of the above issues I would have still given 5 stars as I know how important that is to short term rental properties. *However* they sent pool maintenance during our 4 day stay and they came while we were there and did not notify us that a maintenance person would be coming. In addition the chemicals that were added were too strong and caused my three kids massive skin irritation the same day with red skin and burning. I could overlook the other details but they should have coordinated pool/ hot tub maintenance either before or after our visit and management should always notify guests when someone is going to enter the property during a stay.
