Welcome to Champions Getaway, a beautiful 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa in the prestigious Champions Gate gated community. Perfect for families or groups, this home comfortably sleeps 11 guests and features a private screened-in pool with child safety fence, outdoor patio furniture, and sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine.

Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast island with seating, along with a formal dining area for memorable family meals. The spacious living areas provide comfort and relaxation after a fun-filled day exploring Orlando’s world-famous theme parks.

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Review for Downtown Festival

This is a review for 202 Captiva Dr, in the Enclaves at Downtown Festival. We booked 8978 Stinger Dr in Champions Gate in Feb 2024 for our vacation on Feb 2025. In July of 2024 we were contacted by executive villas Florida telling us that the owner was no longer interested in doing short term rentals. They found us the house at Captiva Dr as they had nothing available in Champions Gate. We accepted after speaking with a VRBO representative to make sure this was a legitimate offer. This property seemed comparable to what we had first booked, but still would have liked to be in Champions Gate with their amenities. The pictures of this house were spot on , but the resort area was very different from the pictures. There were no gates to go through after they had asked for names of everyone that would be coming, but that was fine as we could drive right the house with no problem. The area was very quiet and the public pool area was very nice and you could bring your own food and drinks on unlike Champions Gate where your bag is searched each time you go to the pool area and you can’t even bring on a bottle of water.. The carpets in the house were very dirty, some of the small appliances didn’t work or were non existent like a tea kettle. We had many problems with the TV , they came to fix it once and the problem kept happening off and on but we had our own Netflix account so it worked out. If I messaged executivevillas they didn’t seem to get back to me , but if I messaged front .

Yes, we did! However, the condo could be cleaned. It was not clean. A few upgrades would make this place awesome. -Cleaning: The kitchen dinning table had potato chips on the bench and on the floor. The master bathroom shower wall had brown or red liquid dry up on it, the master bedroom ceiling fan is full of dust. The vents needs to be dusted, the towels could use some bleach when washed. Upgrades: The master tub does not drain properly. We did not want to use it after the first time. Tried it again and the same results. The towel holders in the upstairs bathroom needs to be replaced. The front door handle needs to be replaced. Please invest in replacing your family room couches. They are not comfortable nor suitable for adults to sit up in. -If these things are replaced quickly you would have a beautiful and well maintained condo. -Our favorite part was how clean the pool and concrete was kept! Overall no bugs, smoking sent and we felt safe -Thank you!

Not executive as stated

The villa is not an "executive luxury villa" by any stretch of the imagination. Bedrooms are just bedrooms with storage etc. Lounge area is certainly not a comfortable place to relax if you have more than 5 people staying. If coming from UK, bring a kettle (I purchased one whilst there). Described as having phone for free local calls. Had to complain to management as no phone in villa. If you stay there with young children be prepared to shop at Walmart for any pool toys as absolutely nothing there! States a selection of games, Twister, Scrabble, Monopoly, that`s it! Forget lounging by the SPLASH pool, only furniture outside are composite wood chairs, obviously not conducive for relaxing by the pool. Pictures show loungers by the pool, totally misleading as none there. Had to replace all 8 batteries in door lock as they were showing as nearly flat. E-mailed management to explain and basically the reply was not our problem contact maintenance. Not even an offer to reimburse my $8 I paid for said batteries. Would never use Vrbo again, incidental charges plus the commission are bordering on the extortionate. My advice to anyone going to Florida, search for private villas and you will find that the majority of them are "home from homes". Don`t rent from corporate companies as they just look for ways and means of getting the extra dollars.
